Lexus Only Service & Repair Sarno Motors, Huntington Beach CA

I’ve been coming here for several years to get my car serviced but lately their customer service has been declining.

Anytime you try to call them to make an appointment the phone will ring and ring and go to voicemail. If the voicemail box isn’t full (which a lot of the time it is), I leave a voicemail, it is not returned so I have to keep calling.

Another time I asked for my service receipt cause he gave me the wrong account. When I called and asked for it, Rick gave me an email address but it was invalid. Did I bother to call and follow up? No because I knew I wouldn’t get them on the phone as previously stated and he didn’t feel it important enough the first time when I requested it when he gave me an invalid email.

Another time I called and spoke to Rick to schedule an appointment for a Monday morning as per his availability. However when I got there, the shop was closed with no one there. When I call his number it goes straight to voicemail. No call to tell me they weren’t gonna be open and no call to say to reschedule.

As much as I liked their service before all these issues that have happened in the last few months, I will no longer be coming to them for future services.

First time here (2007 Matrix 119,00 miles). Rick took the time to patiently walk through and explain in detail the various needs for my car, both immediate and longer term maintenance. I never felt rushed and received an honest evaluation that has made me resolve to never taking a car to a dealership for service ever again. I would not hesitate to come to Sarno for all future service. Can't recommend enough.

Rick is the best. Great customer service. I brought him an RX300 to look over. He was honest, and upfront about what he found and advised me on what should be fixed or replaced. If I every get a Lexus or Toyota, I’m bringing them to him.
