Dr. Choi is the best dentist I've ever had. She is extremely competent but also kind. She explains things clearly. She is fast and incredibly helpful.

Dr Choi was so thoughtful and thorough during our consultation. I am very impressed by her professionalism and care she gives her patients.

First time visiting the dentist since the pandemic. This is a new dentist we've visited, b/c we've also moved since March. Was a bit nervous on how the visit would be, but LG dental made me feel very safe with all the protocols. Service was professional, and the facilities were very well kept.

I love Dr Choi because of so many reasons: she responds quickly to my e-mail questions, she is encouraging and empathetic in her demeanour and sooo efficient! Just finished my ortho treatment last month after a little over 2 years! From Jennifer at the front desk to Dr. Paul Kim and Dr. Yujin Choi, they’re all so kind and personable.

Dr. Kim comprehensively described the plan for my treatment, ensuring that they will be monitoring the health of my teeth and roots during the process (due to this being my 3rd ortho treatment). He'd informed me that he'd end treatment prematurely if needed, which is something I appreciated. He is consistently attentive, meticulous, and patient with me. As he works, he describes everything he is doing from front to end, so that I’m not left in the dark.

Along the way, Dr. Choi addressed and handled other dental concerns with me, such as wisdom teeth extractions and fillings. I’ve basically converted my general dentistry concerns to LG Elite Dental after having great experiences with her. When I inquire about other odd procedures to maybe help enhance my smile, she lets me know which ones may be beneficial and which ones she would advise against.

There’s some anxiety that comes with my dental history, but I’m grateful to feel that I can rely on the LG Elite Dental team.

My family loves both the dental and orthodontics of this business. They have amazing customer service with a focus on patients being comfortable and informed. They are very good at communication and understanding.

I have been going to this dental clinic for three years now. There are two dentists here: Dr. Eugene Choi for general treatments and Paul Kim for orthodontic treatments. Here are some of the advantages of this clinic.

The two doctors who specialize in orthodontic and general treatments are very active, so I do not have to interfere much because they do their job well. For example, if extraction is needed during orthodontic treatment, Dr. Choi can solve the issue.

The staff is very delicate and friendly. Jennifer at the front desk explains the treatment costs in detail. In my case, this clinic is out of network for my insurance, and she explains how much my insurance coverage is and how much I have to pay out of pocket. They also show meticulous care by preparing a doctor's note in advance if my child needs to miss school for orthodontic treatment.

Moreover, the clinic's hygienist does an excellent job of scaling. Although I cannot compare it to other clinics in the Bay Area, I can say that he is very meticulous compared to the scaling I received in Korea.

Lastly, Dr. Eugene Choi is bilingual and can speak Korean. Therefore, if you are a Korean who is not comfortable communicating in English, I would recommend visiting this clinic.

Dr. Choi and Dr. Kim, They are very professional and skilled, top to bottom. Highly recommended! I have excellent experience for Oral & Dental Implant Surgery. They took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was. The front staff was pleasant and informative for your billing and payment.

Wonderful service. They have all of the modern upgraded dental equipment. Dr Choi is very caring and friendly.

I have nothing but good to say about LE Dental and Orthodontics. They are not only professional but do excellent work. I would not go anywhere else even it means driving from Santa Cruz to Los Gatos. DR Kim and DR Choi as well as staff are amazing.

I’ve been a patient for 4 years now and everyone, wo has treated me, was always very nice and helpful. Dr. Choi is very competent and quickly finds a solution for any tooth issues. I grew up being afraid of dental work, hence, I especially appreciate that she always makes sure I’m pain free, when treated me. Randy does a great job cleaning my teeth, even the hardly accessible area between the molars, and Jennifer is excellent at explaining all insurance and payment queries. I saw Dr, Choi several years and she always does very nice job on my teeth and all the staffs are very kind like family, highly recommend I'm all the way from scotts valley that tells a lot!

Very friendly staff, everyone there was super nice. I got an Invisalign treatment and throughout the entire experience Dr. Kim was very clear about the process and was a wealth of information whenever I had questions. I've had several cleanings here and have come out of my experience with straighter teeth, more confident smile, and better dental habits! 6/5 stars!

THE BEST Dentist and Ortho! As a mid-30's woman who has lived in many different towns, this is one of the first places where I have felt truly cared for, understood, and respected. I have been to many dentists who have been rude, unprofessional, or have charged me things they told me were covered under insurance. LG Elite Dental & Ortho is truly an amazing place. Every time I walk into the office, the front desk staff immediately knows who I am and says hello, asks about my family (and even texted to check in on my daughter who was in the hospital - brought tears to my eyes!), and we just catch up like friends. My teeth have been cared for both with teeth cleaning and with Spark teeth aligners. I came into their office for the first time after constant front teeth chipping and began aligners to straighten out my teeth and shift my teeth forward to stop chipping. My teeth are as I always dreamed of and I'm not even close to done yet! I am so impressed and excited about my teeth. I am so grateful to have found LG Elite Dental & Ortho and always look forward to going to my appointments, which is the opposite of where I was before I found them (I would normally have anxiety going to a dentist).
