The receptionist was so rude rude rude. Put me on hold for 2 hours and half and when came bac hung up. No supervisors. Just a bunch of girls laughing and chatting. Ctr itself ok but the receptionists have taken over and run the show. I would go somewhere more courteous

My wife and I both had CAT scans and MRIs here. The people are unfailingly pleasant, helpful and efficient. 5 Stars!

Liberty Pacific in Tarzana was the best imaging facility that I have been so far. Very nice modern new facility, kind and professional staffs from receptionists to imaging technicians. All imaging places should follow the footsteps of Liberty Pacific!

Clean modern facility and very friendly and professional technicians and staff. I was glad for the larger barreled machine since I am also slightly claustrophobic but the session was over quickly.

My tech Chris was awesome, super friendly and great at explaining exactly what was going on during my CT scan. I started to have a panic attack during and after the IV administration but he totally calmed me down and made sure I was ok. I really appreciated his attention. He made my experience very pleasant for such an unpleasant appointment. Thank you again, Chris! Leslie

My first time here today and not a great experience. I only had to wait 10 minutes for x -Ray's of my foot which was fine, but I had let technician know ahead of time that I wanted a copy of disk. She told me to give her 10 minutes. I waited 30 until I asked, which the girl at the front desk told me it would be a few more minutes. ANOTHER 30 minutes later she told me the technician had gone to lunch, and told me I would have to wait until she got back from her lunch.
After checking in a 3rd time, another woman pressed a button and out came my disk she handed it to me with a bunch of attitude. I was very patient considering the fact I was forgotten about as it doesn't take an hour to copy a disk. Will not be using them in the future.

The people are nice and I hope the test was done correctly, but all of the details were messed up. They didn't tell me they have two locations so I went to the wrong one. I got several sets of preparation instructions from different people. None of them was effective. They got my email wrong so I didn't get it. I tried to get them to correct it and resend it but I guess that was too much trouble. The first time I waited two hours but then couldn't do the test because they didn't tell me what they really needed for the test to come out well. They asked me to show up at 7: 40 but they didn't show up until 5 or 10 till 8. Just fix all the details and it would be a swell place.

So had an MRI and it would be with some oral meds which sedate me as I am extremely clostraphobic. I was told ro be there 1.5 hrs early and staff wouytell me when to take it. Also told to bring a driver with me because I was taking meds. Ok, sounds reasonable, now in reality No one told me when to take it I had to go ask the desk to call the people in the back. My ride left while I was waiting. I got called the meds were not where they should have beem because no one told me when to take them, the policy there is you must use scrubs. Dumb! 2 sets didn’t fit so I wore my sweatpants amd they did find a shirt. No issues with the techs they are great. Got finished and checked out, needed a copy of rhe disc so a 10 min wait. Could have easily ubered their in back as no one really checks to see who your driver is or twkes their name. No internet in the waiting area and bad cell service. Place was clean

Everything went smooth. Allan was my technician and he was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and professional. Nobody wants to get a PET scan done, but if I ever had to do this again I would come back for sure!

Receptionist was not warm or welcoming
Ordering physician called to clarify non -contrast and they insisted we come in early for contrast
Test was 30 min late
Place seems disorganized

The woman at the front helped me check in right away. She was very detailed about my instructions and even helped me stay on track (had to drink 3 bottles in an hour). I was called in right at my appointment time and Chris the tech who helped me was very friendly and courteous and eased my worries concerning the CT and contrast. Great place!

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly staff at the front desk. The Ultrasound technician was awesome. Thorough, informative and caring. A true professional.
