Return policy sucks I couldn't return a hat a week later cause I had taken the stickers off. I only wanted to switch it out for a smaller size. On top of that, some heavy set lady was a jerk. Poor customer service from her. The other employees were nice. Now I'm stuck with a hat that doesn't fit me. I wish the return policy would be a little more lenient since it was only a week after.
