Staff were very helpful and friendly and made our experience of getting a storage unit very seamless

Nice storage, but difficult to access due to construction blocking drive in and on dirt road to get to entrance.

Dealing with Julianna was lovely…she answered all my questions and offered creative and insightful solutions to my problems and concerns!

Wow my husband and I were so impressed! Such a nice facility the storage unit we reserved exceeded our expectations. Clean and safe facility. The entire process was so quick and easy. Staff are friendly and professional on the phone and in person. We are so pleased to have found this facility, I highly recommend it!

The staff was great. Everything was great from start to finish even after missing my appointment they were able to help me out and I locked in my storage at a good rate. I haven’t had an experience like this with storages, and I have plenty of storage experience

This place only has one entrance and is completely under construction. When my house hold goods driver showed up and entered the property he could barely turn around in his 51 foot semi truck. I’m giving it 3 stars because one you get to your unit it’s kept nice and was cleaned out and ready to move into.

Julianne and Safak were awesome! This place was clean and tidy, the staff was wonderfully personal, accommodating, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I rented some vehicle storage and a little 5x5. What is normally a boring, dry process, was made to be a good time and I'd come back here again and again - even if it was out of my way some (reasonably) thank you!

Great customer service, when I got my credit card stolen, the team at the Costa Mesa Pullman location was able to help me out and totally understood and didn’t charge me a late fee.

I searched online and found Life Storage - Costa Mesa. Great storage facility with the best prices! The staff was pleasant and very helpful especially Safak who took the time to show me the unit I reserved as well as other units to suit my needs. I ended up with a bigger unit! I highly recommend this facility at the Costa Mesa location on Pullman!

Very nice staff, Safak was especially helpful to me and my move in experience. The units were fairly priced and the facility was very clean with great access hours, abundant dollies, elevators, helpful staff and a good location right by John Wayne airpoart.
