Life Time, Roseville CA

I absolutely LOVE this place! The pool area feels like a resort, my daughter loves the kids camp and when the actual gym is open, they have all the top notch equipment and a variety of classes. They are also very accommodating when it comes to your membership, they have a provision to be able to put your membership on hold which is very helpful in these uncertain times.

Lifetime doesn’t seem to value their neighbors at all! Guess it’s all about making the $$. Today, July 22,2023, they are having an event and blasting their music so loud the bass is in my apartment…with all windows closed. I am in the middle of Silver Ridge senior apartment…two buildings away from the gym. I spoke to two personnel, one being Emma, asking to turn it down. Called the police two times for noise complaint. Understand it may not be a priority, but the police dept must have phones to call the gym? Too easy I guess. Maybe getting signatures from other tenants will get something done? We’re ‘little’ people in the scheme of big businesses but still.

Shoot out to Emma, who helped to find my bag in the locker room which I forgot! Can’t thank her enough for being persistent and kept checking each locker. I am so grateful there are people who actually care. Don’t loose your hope in humanity. Thank you Emma so so much. You are the BEST! And you totally made my day.

First time here. I really was impressed with all the different things and equipment. It was very clean. Definitely on the expensive side but worth it to me. They have a really nice outside pool with waterside. We did a birthday party at a cabana there. They brought us drinks hooked the kids up at the snack bar and were in general very helpful. Definitely a fun place for kids to do a birthday party at.

I have work at 8 and I came in the day before to use the guest pass. I came in at 6 today to get a membership. Bald dude at the front with white beard told me I can’t sign up until 9 and I can’t come in with my friend. He was kinda rude in a way made me feel like not coming back. Price was 170 and dude said it’s been 2019 for a long time

Unfortunately unprofessional staff at the indoor pool at lifetime Roseville.
The life guard girl (Haley) is so rude and vey young to handle families with kids.
Disrespectful attitude with us because we don’t speak good English!
They don’t even care if you quit or no
We are going to cancel our membership and all swimming sessions.

I used to be a member of Lifetime and ended the membership in 2020 due to club closures. I just went to re-start my membership with them and no thank you.in short the cost doesn't outweigh the benefits.

$219 a month! This is a 50% increase in 2.5 years. In addition, they charge you another $125 per season to use the outdoor pools as this was included last time. I can see if there was a remodel with new equipment of extra benefits, but sadly there isn't. The club was good at best, not great. I found that it was difficult to get bookings with personal trainers or fitness "experts", the salon and massage areas were often so booked out that I just went somewhere else. The amenities are now sub-par to equivalent gyms which have better amenities and programs. Locker room was ok, broken lockers everywhere.however, the staff was always nice and polite.

I just don't think the cost outweighs the benefits, or even breaks even. Sad, this used to be my favorite place.

Sadly, pre covid guidelines have not returned. Most vulnerable clients were let go, sadly.

Been a member for over a year, it’s nice as far as gyms go but the pricing is insane. I feel like I had a decent deal at $170,

Tried to sign my roommate up and they wanted $219 a month plus an $80 fee to use the pool.

Crazy that $219 a month doesn’t give you access to all of the amenities…

Kind staff and the outside pool was open earlier than the Memphis location, I appreciated that!

I love the warm and friendly atmosphere soon as you walk in. Life Time has a very
large variety of services for most people.
The healthy Cafe is the frosting on the cake for Life Time experience.

REVIEW UODATE 03/31/23 this gym and management team is extremely inconsistent and service has deteriorated significantly. Would never recommend.

REVIEW UPDATE 12/18/21 Service improved significantly, they are opened later and the drill instructor no longer works the mens locker room. It felt like a high school boys locker. Drill Sargent/coach running around and yelling at the top of his lungs that the gym is closed implying to everyone to get out. Well he is no longer there. It’s been very nice they are even opened till midnight now. Very happy with all improvements and staff is much more polite and courteous.

Meh. Customer service sucks, snooty staff who are interested in satisfying their egos. Things are not done here that are in the best interest of the customer.

BEWARE! HORRIBLE experience lately. This place no longer feels welcoming and somewhere I want to work out. For the amount of money they take out of your account each month, they are cracking down on so many little things and nitpicking, like scanning your membership to note if you leave the gym a few minutes after closing. It feels like a police check. They also have dishonest policies like telling you you can put family members on hold and it will be simple to put them back and then charging 4 times the price to be put back on. So disappointed and frustrated and their staff don’t do anything to help you. They don’t even care if you quit or not- THINK hard before joining.

This place cheated my family. They told us we can put 2 members on hold while main account holder is on and add them back anytime no problem. Come to find out when trying to add them on they wouldn’t honor the original price and charged 400% more because the current prices increased. Insanity. You try calling corporate and it takes you to India to some third party person who doesn’t even know the company info and nobody called back and it’s been over a week. Greedy corporation that will happily take your money but never help you when it counts.

I live next door. Today car alarm all afternoon. I mean all. I'm a senior citizen. Couldn't put tv loud enough to drown it. Don't want loud TV. Finally call them. Allison answers. No help; transfers to recorded line. They have no time or training to deal with this. Its their parking lot. I'm supposed to have left message for the general manager. I ask for call back. Not holding my breath. Someone has to walk outside front of club to detect the alarm. Announce overhead to notify people. Its ok to say it has been all afternoon. This is not first thing. There have been squeeling tires. Racing engines. Loud talk in spa. They had nerve ask me to watch to tell them. No. Get a monitor and take care your own parking lot. Sits in between 2 senior living facilities; a church.
It only takes one extreme noise to ruin a day. We were here first.

Simply one of the best in the world. Club structure. Several indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Hot water hole. Huge changing room with a lot of quality. Very top gym! Very high price. Around 200 dollars.
