5This company is a total mess. As evidence by the tons of bad reviews. It seems they mean well but make lots of mistakes with orders and sizes, They are just not equipped to handle customer service or processing of their products. Their website is misleading. I’m willing to except that they are accidentally committing fraud and don’t intend to commit crimes. But it appears to be a bait and switch operation. Meaning they simply mail you some thing they have in hopes you won’t send it back. Or they tell you they have something so that you pay for it in hopes that they can keep the money.
This is a great place to get low iron rimless aquariums, driftwood, dragon stones, seiryu stones, and other equipment.
This business is the embodiment of 5 star customer service. Extremely happy with my purchase. Quality products.
