Make sure you are in network with them as they charge an absurd amount and expect them to be late.

Well today I had one of the best EMT Drivers Alfredo Trujillo & Ruben Barajas they presented them self's professionally with full names with a smile nice & helpful. I enjoyed that I talked they listened to my worst experience of bed side matter St Joseph's Hospital gave me in Emergency they allowed me to have the floor that made my day after having a bad experience at the hospital so I'd recommend this company thank you young Men for allowing me to release the frustration and ending my day with a smile

If I could give no stars or negative I would. I finally get my wife asleep and they come in with a new patient. Cussing and swearing, disrespecting the facility they are at. Scaring the daylights out of my wife. The three that came South Coast Global tonight were the most unprofessional crew that I’ve ever seen in any industry, maybe they should look for a job in garbage since that’s basicly how they treat the patients in there responsibility. Hard to believe these guys met any qualifications to care for anyone.

Over two hours late to pick up my sick mother from hospital, now on hold for over 25 minutes. They mention “excellent patient care”? Finally telling they are not coming. Wow

HORRIBLE I mean HORRIBLE customer service. Spoke to a Jennifer who let me know she was training the three times I called and I let her know her "transfer" kept hanging up on me. By the third call another woman answered and just let me know "if billing isn't answering that isn't our problem we can only transfer you and that's it". Before giving me a chance to respond, she transfered my call and guess what. Yup, got hung up on again. Shame cus their recorded line says they "care about their customers" but the actual people answering the calls say otherwise. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

This is the worst ambulance company. Like other reviewers said, they call themselves a "non-emergency" ambulance transport. So even though our instance was an emergency, it resulted in us getting stuck with an obscene bill.

Then the billing department will call the patient NONSTOP, fully disregarding the fact that these patients have just had big medical procedures.

This is one of the worst company ever. Bad customer services. Everyone their hates their job. They are late and refuse to talk to patient’s family members or even the patient when calling. I wanted to cancel the service and they would not allow it and only the PCP can do it. If we had changes, we are not allowed to tell them, only the PCP but if the change to dialysis appointment was change, what is a person to do? The PCP’s office is closed. I just got a call from the PCP office stating that Lifeline called me a liar. Lifeline stated to the PCP office that patient’s and family members are allowed to speak to them and make changes. That is completely untrue and dishonest. This company should be put out of business.

A relative was taking this service from a Nursing facility to a medical procedure. They were late regularly, up to 2 hours! Terrible company.

Horrible company. I actually complained to hospital that hired them on my behalf. On their website there is a link to take a survey about the company and the link doesn't go to a survey. Just a website that creates surveys. That was telling.

This company is poorly run. I had an EMT only certified in LA county sent to a OC run which delayed patient transport by over an hour and delayed patient care and obstructed them from going to the OR. There is no responsibility taken by dispatch or EMTs

They are so late for every pick up. And they never tell you when they are running late. They are so unorganized.

It was more than two years from the service was transferred me from Hospital to Re-Half on 5/16/2019, and now send me a bill? Why LifeLine was not charged the insurance at that time? The company I worked at that time, they just closed on last month 7/2021. This is your billing was false. How come you were not send the bill to my insurance at that time? And now after two years, you send the bill to them and they denied, because too long. If you need to talk to Lawyer I will bring this letter to Lawyer, Run # 19-48418.

They’re snakes who prey on people who are poor and severely ill. They have zero compassion.

They continue to charge me after my account was paid in full, very unethical billing practices and difficult to deal with. Avoid receiving their services at all costs.

If this were the last ambulance service left on the planet I wouldn't take it. Last week (2/13/20) they didn't show up to take me to my infusion and cancelled the appointment as if me. I had to wait a week for the next available. The following week (today) they came even though there was another ambulance that I wanted and ordered. Sure enough, today (2/20/20) it has been 2 hours since my infusion finished and I'm still waiting for pick up. They have no concept of traffic in L. A.or that it even exists?

An ambulance service should recognize that they are transporting patients from a hospital for important medical treatment and not a party limo that can be late to the party.

Update: I was picked up at 4: 09 PM. 2.5 hours later. This caused me to miss seeing a doctor I needed to see at the hospital.
