Jeffrey was the technician that installed my device in such a timely manner. I hope he is payed well because he deserves it! He was working hard today and he was very polite informative and thorough. As was the woman that was working I believe she was the manager or supervisor. She was also very polite and helpful. I sure wish I had known about this shop before I had to deal with the nightmare service I was given at Intoxalock. They were a complete waste of time and money to have the equipment removed after 10 days so I could change services to lifesaver in Rohnert Park where I received excellent service from Jeffrey and his supervisor
