5Fast efficient. Didn’t have user guide for installed product in English.
They're very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I call no one seems to be able to help and when I asked for a supervisor they don't have one on site so you have to email them and wait for a response which takes forever if ever. They try and keep putting it off so that you have to keep recalibrating your interlock so they can keep getting more money out of you. They're scam artists. They do false readings on the interlock and even admited that sometimes they get false readings but that there's nothing they can do and that you have to pay the fine. They just do whatever they can to get more and more money out of you.
Awful customer service. They all were very rude and unpleasant. I wouldn't trust people that are not mechanics touching my ignition wires. I got locked out of my car because I drive too much and the memory was full? Not my fault. Yet they charged me for it. Place is a joke.
The agents at the Sac office are amazing just the reps on the phone are rude they come off nice but forget to advise of any additional charges they assessed or added to your acct its sneaky and misleading My colleague had a death expressed that and they charged her a fee without advising pretty much said deal with it no empathy.disgusting!
Set up system wrong tampered with brake systems had to spend $150 to fix brake systems after they removed device. Went to another company for services
