Therapist listened to all of my concerns and added input as needed. Made my appointment in a very timely manner. Can see no complaints as I move forward with my therapy.

One of the sweetest receptionist I had the pleasure to speak with. Called in to set up a new patient appointment. They were extremely kind, personable, and helpful! I was treated like a individual instead of a blank face patient to push through the system. Look forward to my first appointment

Had virtual appointment with Dr. Khatami. I was very comfortable during the session. I was pleasantly surprised because I had read some of the comments from some of his other patients. After listening attentatively to me describe my symptoms, he told me what medicines he would suggest and sent my prescriptions to my pharmacy.

I felt encouraged, hopeful, and validated after the session. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others that might benefit from his experience and knowledge.

Needed immediate help. Waited 2 weeks to speak to a doctor as I wasn't given the proper tools for their video conference app when I made the 1st appointment. When I finally spoke to a doctor he cut me off and told me somewhere else to get help. It was a waste off time and money.

Do NOT waste your time with these cowboys! I waited over 3 months for an appointment and when it was finally time to see a therapist via tele health, none of the links they had e-mailed to me were working, so on my very first appointment i struggled to get into the “waiting room” on my computer and finally tried to enter via smartphone. I entered the waiting room 60 SECONDS after the appointment start time and it told me i had missed my appointment!
This company doesn’t care about you, they only care about how much money they can make from you!

Everyone is so nice and helpful. I never knew taking care of mental health could be so easy and accessible.

Dr Khatami is doing everything he can to help my wife get through the depression she's been suffering for years and years. She has been to many psychiatrists with zero results

I repeatedly had trouble getting into the correct waiting room for a video chat. My provider phoned me after about 10 minutes and we used our remaining time as a regular phone call. I put in a request for assistance in getting it right for my next appointment but have not heard back yet.

The therapist was very professional and understanding. PsyCare is an amazing organization with terrific people. BTW, the representative on the phone was extremely helpful.

Saw psychiatrist for medication assistance and follow up for bipolar disorder. The psychiatrist I had did not take any time to listen to me or address my questions and concerns. He just asked a few questions and then told me what to do. I’m very upset because I’m voluntarily getting off an addictive med and instead understanding my concerns and worries and giving me support and guidance the psychiatrist treated me like an addict and yelled at me that I wasn’t doing it quick enough

I have seen Charissa Ruud for about two weeks now, I am very new to therapy. Though I have only seen her twice she has truly helped change my perspective on my traumas and has provided me tools to successfully move past these issues. She is truly caring and does not just brush you off. She really listens and wants to help. I’m so thankful to have her apart of my self help journey. I’m excited for future appointments. I didn’t think I would like telehealth appointments but it has been so convenient and easy. Thank you! Oh ps, if you’re a cat person she will be perfect for you! The cutest lil cats make appearances (I swear at the best time) I have a feeling they are just as passionate about making people smile as she is!

Update 2: Still cannot schedule any appointments without having to call the front desk staff were are abusive to clients. Spoke with a rep who was supposed to be having their IT department check and fix the problem but she has been unresponsive to emails for a few weeks. My next call is another complaint to the BBB.

Update: Psycare changed their name but NOT their abusive tactics towards clients. Despite having a good relationship with my therapist I’ll be seeking services elsewhere.

I have had the worst customer service with this company. Wendy in Billing screams and uses textbook gaslighting (odd for a company that specializes in mental health). Jin screams at clients when trying to solve issues about their appointments being rescheduled last minute. The ONLY reason I continue to use their services is because the therapists are dedicated, knowledgeable, and helpful. If only they could get their front office staff to stop abusing their clients.

My login for Psycare no longer works for this website. I found it doesn’t difficult to find the login page. Frustrated

My therapist is so lovely and my experience with LifeStance has been nothing but wonderful. Even the staff members outside my therapist have been so gentle and patient with me. Honestly I wish I started to therapy sooner!

I feel very positive about the therapist. However the intake process was s bit disjointed. Seemed like overkill and slowed things down. I look forward to seeing Dr. Anderson in the future.

My one and only experience with Dr. Manoocher Khatami was extremely disappointing. I have no need or time for one who has an angry, at times hostile, affect toward any patient. He felt necessary to tell me minimum two times he has practiced 40 years (profile says 50), and professor at UCSD in response to something I said. No need for this comment unless one feels threatened. What he lacks is understanding and compassion which are absolutely necessary for a competent psychiatrist. Would never recommend!
