This guy actually deserves a negative rating. For starters, he doesn't have an x-ray machine because he's too cheap to pay for the state annual certification. He won't do business with any legitimate HMO and
gets about 60% of his business on referrals from Slavic Legal Services for suspect car accidents. Two years ago, a Russian guy tried to take me to civil court for $10K over a minor fender bender that both insurance companies wouldn't sign-off on. This quack said his client racked up over $5K in chiropractic work in two sessions, and he also ignored the Kaiser doctors diagnosis (minor pain, no significant spine or neck trauma) and x-rays. When we got to trial, my Geico attorney tore him up for basically fraud, and then the Judge went on to chastise him for his shady business practices. This guy is an ambulance chaser, and I'm sure if someone dug deeper, they would discover some improper (probably illegal) business dealings between Lighthouse Chiropractic & Slavic Legal Services.
