Erik came within the two hour scheduled time frame. Completed his task without delay. One spring had broken (snapped). Both springs replaced within about 35 minutes. It is their recommendation that both be replaced when one snaps. I guess the other one may not be far behind.

Lighthouse Door Company recently repaired the cables on my garage door. They were courteous on the phone and Anthony their service tech got here very promptly. Anthony was friendly, competent, and professional he performed the repair efficiently and satisfactorily. He did not try and upsell me on replacing unnecessary components. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great customer service! Called for a quote for garage door motor install, was provided one right away. We thought the quote was a fair price compared to Home Depot/Costco- plus it’s always great to support small/local businesses when you can! We scheduled a consultation to see if we needed to install a motor only or replace the entire garage door- luckily the door was still in good condition to install the motor only. We scheduled the technician to come out about a week or so after the consultation, and they did a great job! Would use them again and recommend! Thanks again!

The spring that was supplied with the door didn’t work.
According to a local company that I ended up hiring to install the new door.

They ended up using two new springs that according to them were the right springs to be used with my new doors.

Once they installed the door with the new springs it worked perfectly.

Roberto was early to my house to ensure my old garage door motor would get replaced with a new one. He started to work on the garage door motor right away & worked diligently until it was fixed. I appreciated that he showed me how to use my garage door opener, as well as to inform me that I needed a new light bulb. Additionally, he offered to connect my garage door to my car. I highly recommend Roberto as a service person!
