Whenever we visit Corando Island we visit this restaurant. Once again the food and service was great!

Worst attention ever, i work as delivery for another company and they dont treat delivery people as they should, so rude people.

Outstanding Brisket! Beautiful bark, perfect smoke flavor, and perfectly tender. It was true Texas BBQ even though it is supposed to be Memphis BBQ. There is only one other place in San Diego that has brisket this good and that's all the way up in Poway. It's nice eating this good by the bay!

I got the ribs because hey if you GoTo a bbq place and your ribs aren’t good nothing else is going to be good. Well it’s was dry they still had the fat on the bones and the potatoe salad very blan I would have rather ate the pigeons the constantly flocked at my food. Customer service was alright friendly staff but overall not a good experience. It’s in Coronado on the water nice place to relax and enjoy the outdoors but food was mediocre at best 3.5 out of 10

Mmm lil piggy’s is so good! Perfect lunch spot after the ferry or bike around the island. Everything we got was so good. Would recommend the corn fritters, brisket and ribs 10/10.

Oh man this place is awesome! There’s no where else on the island (or in San Diego for that matter) that I’ve found to get BBQ of this caliber. I drive to Coronado just for their brisket and ribs. Three different sauces are on every table, short wait times, great beer selection, and a laid-back, open-air atmosphere. This place is a must go if you’re in San Diego.

We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and it was amazing. The sauces are delicious and the portions are good for the price. Would definitely come here again.

Today was my second and final time with Lil Piggy's. I ordered to go, was notified the meal was ready, arrived 5 minutes later to hear that they hadn't yet sent my order to the kitchen.

-The food itself was cold 6 minutes after being handed to me
-The brisket was completely overcooked, crumbly and grey colored throughout with no smoke ring
-The smoked macaroni salad had no flavor whatsoever like it had been incorrectly mixed

Hit or miss, previous order so happy thought they changed the bun, it was that super soft, perfect for pulled pork…. Even a maybe new manager, portion was great, meat decent but tonite revert back, BUNS ALWAYS STALE! Meat dried to jerky & BBQ sauce was vinegarey! The price is great but ugh not worth unless you order on a fresh day! Disappointed delivered cold.cherry on top.

Amazing food. Good prices. Awesome happy hour. Large beer selection. Definitely not the norm for Coronado. $$

The food came out faster than I had expected and tasted really good! The mac and cheese was my favorite.

Check it out. I've been to barbeque places all over the South and in the States that are known for their barbeque.
I have to say, this place is as good or, arguably, better than any of those other places.

Went with my Sister and Mom. We ordered the combo platter, 2 meat platter and I had the brisket chili stuffed potato.
The cheese sauce (for the potato) is made in house with 4 cheese blend. It's so creamy and delicious, also carrying through that smoked flavor.
The chicken was delicious and not dry at all, in fact quite the opposite.
Gorgeous smoke ring on the brisket.
I will say, hands down, best brisket I have ever eaten! It was soo tender and juicy. The ribs were fall off the bone.
The house Mac and cheese is crave worthy.
Then there's the View. Great views of the ocean and just steps away from the Ferry.
You would be doing yourself a great injustice if you missed out on the spicy barbeque sauce.
It. Is. Phenomenal!
It was $108 and change for the 3 of us so expect to shell out but remeber, you get what you pay for. 5+ stars

If you love Bar-B-Q go here and order the brisket. YOU’RE WELCOME. A M A Z I N G! Also, the grilled cheese with pork barbecue was amazing as well. Very good onion rings and macaroni and cheese. They also have alcohol available. Get the brisket.you will not regret it.

Been here a few times, but its been a while. I tried the market samper. The brisket and beans were the highlight. The ribs are good, chicken a lil dry and the white bread was hardening I didn't like the potato salad. They carry a lot of different beers (I don't drink beer) and they don't have wifi which it seems a lot of people were looking for.

The sign got me. It said, "brisket burrito. " Excellent. The side of "smoked Mac n cheese" could have been smokier, but it was still good.

Lil Piggies is a hidden Gem in Coronado. I haven’t found a better BBQ spot in all of San Diego County! The sauce is absolutely phenomenal! Caution ️ You may want to drink and bath in it! It’s back slappin Good! The owner is such a great Guy too and owns a killer coffee shop right next door! Super score

Unfortunately I have to give such a low review they were out of food on the menu i wanted the Texas Potato and for the second time this establishment was out of this Item. Ended up ordering the quarter chicken wanted Potato Salad but that was also not available among other items the cashier said was not available she did recommend the beans which were yummy when we received our chicken it Unfortunately was so dry like it was sitting there all day skin of chicken burnt so badly there was no flavor
on an upnote the cashier did bring us some Potato Salad because she said they just got some in and she remembered we were wanting that as our side.
Would of been better off saying they were out of chi ken as well. It will be a while

Walked in a little before 8: 30pm and was told that the kitchen was closed. Website says they close at 9: 00. Is it normal for this place to be drink only the last half hour?
I was excited to try it - but disappointed at being turned away for a good order half an hour before close.

Great BBQ quick service! Price online are lower than in the restaurant, they need to be updated!

Yum! Got brisket and pulled pork combo. Brisket was really good. Tender, juicy and cooked just right.
