Ordered a reversible sofa from them and after a couple of months started to use as a couch and the back rest broke back in August. Contacted them to see about getting a replacement piece, and I would be willing to buy and they rudley ignored me so I would strongly suggest going with another company that has better customer service.

I purchased a sectional from Lilola Home and have been using it for 2 years and I love it! I get many compliments from friends and family when they come over. They say it feels like a cloud and is super comfortable. Looks modern and easily matches my other furniture pieces and home decor. I have a golden retriever, and at times she would run on the couch but it is still in great condition.

Got my sofa and coffee table set from them. Great quality! Beats a lot of the overprice items I see in my local stores. Love how they look in my living room. Had them for about 9 months now, everything still firm and intact. No complaints. They do have good variety of item to choose from. Will definitely check them out again if I need anything else for my home.

I had an issue with shipping when I bought their sectionals on Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair and while I was waiting for Wayfair’s response, I also reached out to Lilola Home office to see what they can do. They were sympathetic and let me know my sectionals will arrive within the week. I received my sectionals in perfect condition!
