Very difficult to discontinue service. Long wait times to talk to anyone to get information. But, the guys delivering the oxygen to your home are awesome. They get 5 stars!

Not user friendly company. Use robocalls to urge supply requests. Aren't interested in what supplies I'm in need of but what they want to send me. I'm under Medicare and seemingly are anxious to sell the maximum amount of supplies.
