The people were friendly and competent but this new machine has some problems, not as good as my previous machine

My experience with my local Lincare office could not have been better. Between the ~4 places/people I've spoken to along the way of getting my sleep apnea machine, Stephanie Fonseca was the nicest and most caring person I came into contact with by a mile. She sat with me and my significant other and made sure I understood everything and could not have been more friendly. I felt so comfortable with her and the information that was provided to me

Excellent and friendly staff. Went out of there way to make the time to help me with my equipment issues I was having. I can't thank them enough. Truly lifesavers.

Only been a patient for a week and have already determined they have very poor customer service. I will be contacting the doctor that referred me to this location and request they do not send anyone else there. This is just ridiculous, I have skin lupus and the CPAP mask is making it worse and they stated I have to make an appt to have it swapped out and they cant get me in for 14 days

Husband's bipap is beeping all night. He took it in and they said he needs a new sleep study to get a replacement. Sleep studies cant be scheduled for several weeks. This is ridiculous. It is their machine, one that was recalled and isn't working and the insurance paid for. So, if anything happens to him in the meantime, it is their fault.

My husband had A LOT of questions about his CPAP and was very nervous. The team at Lincare took their time to explain the process, the machines, ordering info along with what to expect and things to look out for. I think her name was Stephanie, she did a great job and was patient with answering all of our questions. Great customer service from her and the team!

I arrived here with so many questions and concerns and I didn't know where to start. Stephanie was such a heartsend! She helped navigate me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. She was super friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to qualm my fears and to provide resources that others hadn't. I was in and out in a timely manner, but most importantly I didn't feel rushed throughout. I truly felt cared for, respected, and listened to. I highly recommend coming here and getting assisted by Stephanie! So grateful!
