9My first time with this florist and the arrangement was more beautiful than expected and I appreciated their communication about delivery logistics.
The flowers were beautiful and my aunt was thrilled after receiving them for her birthday.
2nd time my son sent his grandmother's flowers, and the arrangements ordered looked nothing like what was sent. Disappointed. Never again.
Always top notch. I've been getting flowers delivered from here for more than 7yrs now. Never disappoint. Always exceed expectations.
DO NOT ORDER from Lincoln Florist and Gifts! I placed an order for my parents' 50th Anniversary and they 1) failed to deliver the flowers; 2) failed to contact my mother on the day of delivery to schedule re-delivery (I provided them her phone number) ; and 3) failed to give me ANY update on delivery status, including the fact that they didn't deliver the flowers as scheduled. When I contact them to discuss these issues, Jennifer (position unknown) was unbelievably rude and argumentative. She claimed I was “talking over her” and “not allowing her to speak”, which is shocking as I certainly heard her excuses, her rudeness (include telling me “I feel sorry for you”!), and her accusations. What Jennifer did NOT say on our call was an apology for their failures nor did she offer to correct the problem. She provided zero customer service AND she cancelled my order. I tried to support a local business and all I got was a horrible experience and my parents didn’t get flowers on their special day. I'd give them ZERO Stars if I could!
The flowers were very nice. However and this is a big however. I was adamant about delivery for a certain day and it was delivered a day early. This caused an awkward moment between myself The sender and the receiver who thought it was odd to receive flowers. That is why I specifically said a certain date for delivery. I called the shop and talked to it sounded like a very young girl who apologized but it still hurt to have the flowers sent on the wrong date. Excuse from them busy Mother’s Day. I get it as I was in the business myself and there is absolutely no exceptions on delivery dates and being the wrong dates.
I love supporting small business’s and my mom would always send me the most beautiful arrangements from this florist so I ordered an arrangement for a little girls first birthday, I told her what I wanted and the size, and look that I wanted. I also told her what I wanted the card to say. Well they received the flowers and had no idea who they where from and it was nothing like I had described to the gal that I wanted. I was very disappointed with the flowers. My friend was disappointed as well and went and got flowers from the grocery store that looked 100 percent better and the service I got when I called and told them what happened, the lady insisted that I had the wrong store and was very rude. I was nice about it and said have a good day she barely replied back but I will never use this florist again or recommend them.
2.14 Drove from over an hour away had to park a block and a half away carrying my 3-month-old in his car seat just to get to the door, tiny sign and they're closed for walk-ins and not answering the phone disappointing
I called them to see if they could do an order. SAME DAY.and they did it, a beautiful flower display WITH DELIVERY.they delivered it to job site before eod with ease. I am very happy with their service and ability to take on such a short notice job. Will use again if I need the service. I got other items as well and the Customer Service phone agent knew all prices for different quantities on demand. Great experience. Will also call in advance next time
