Courtney B has been such great help to my family and I. Couldn't be more pleased with the assistance we received. Thank you very much!

It has been really amazing working them, especially my counselor Eugene. He was prompt in answering all my questions and just really made me excited about my new move. During the process I had a major set back due to COVID and he continued to stay in touch and inform me of upcoming move-outs! Needless to say I got the property I wanted and I’m so graciously thankful for him particular but the staff as a whole!

Courtney B was very patient, understanding, and knowledgeable when it came to my process of transferring from overseas, having to be quarantined, and reserving the place for my family and I until after our quarantined time. Thank you for making this a smooth process for us. Everything was easy to handle because we were able to conduct all business through email.

Ms. Jaycee Donley was very helpful during our move-in process. She kept an open communication and took care of our application. Thank you!

Shout-out to Courtney Burchfield for a corteous assistance and a top-notch customer service. We all have a bad days, I know dealing with customer is not easy (I know! I’ve been there!), but she made everything easy for us and took time to explain everything! Really appreciate all the hard work. BZ!

We have had a great experience working with both Angela and Courtney. Both are very easy to work with. They took the time to explain some things we needed a little bit of clarification on. They’re both patient and understanding. The wealth of information and service they provide is invaluable. We hope the rest of our PCS goes as well as our experience with them.

Laura Gwynne, has been the absolute best! So helpful and worked with us and got us a house in the time frame we asked. I never had such a great service with Lincoln before but Laura changed that for us.

Absolute trash. 0 stars if possible. We were contacted while my husband was in Drill Instructor School in regards to housing. We sent back our preferences and they responded. That was the last contact we had with them even with myself sending a follow up email. Luckily, we were able to find a house off base no thanks to the Lincoln Housing Team failing to acommodate our family.

Laura Gwynne, our leasing coordinator/counselor has been an absolute gem! By far the single most helpful and friendly person I have ever dealt with in terms of military housing! We look forward to moving into our new home!

This is my family and I’s first time living with Lincoln military housing and I have to express how satisfied I am with their customer service! Dena helped me with every question and problem I thought I had, she made this whole experience so easy and stress free. Had the pleasure of speaking with the professional staff at Lincoln and was shocked at how easy it was for me to get signed up for housing. Not only did we get the location that we asked for, the amazing staff was able to get us in on a very short notice. Lincoln Military Housing has made it a lot less stressful to find a home in San Diego. They earned an EP in my book!

Got a great place through Lincoln military housing. Julia, our waitlist manager, really made sure we were happy and set us up in an awesome place. So thankful!

Angela took such good care of my spouse and I. Once we provided her all the information, she was able to get us into housing so quick which was a huge relief for us as I am in my third trimester! We were lucky to have worked with her and so grateful for the magic she worked!
