I live here for 3 years, and I love love love my building The area is amazing, Diego and the rest of maintenance crew is always on point, fixing everything that needs to be fixed (and it happened to me only once, that something broke) The management is also awesome, very quick to respond, and very nice people. Raquel, one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve ever met. Overall it’s been a very good experience. And let’s be honest, for Santa Monica area, the price of apartments it’s a steal, ain’t no way u gonna find this prices in this area Thank you so much Lincoln SM.
