My car was damaged by a dirt cheap rental, i have been calling them emailing them and have no response from anyone

I unfortunately had to deal with Reina Olson. She was not only unprofessional but lied continuously about returning emails and phone calls. No one greets you at the front or answers the BS bell.
She came out screaming like a crazy woman when I looked for help in the back, she hides in her little office!
No thanks to her or her rookie assistant who lost all the paperwork I dropped!
She needs to read a book on following thru her job and not make up excuses.
I did get my check from Dirt Cheap insurance, that place suits her demeanor more Dirt Cheap!

I have left 4 messages, and no return call. Always goes to voice mail. I will try this again after the new year.
