Sent in a check to pay the whole year of HOA dues (there is another bad circumstance regarding this need) and they lost it or were too lazy to deposit the check and post it to the account. Ended up cancelling the original check and dropping one off in person.two week later it posted to the account. Word of advice, check your account status regularly. Very poor managers. Also if there is any past due activity or other ancillary fines (more HOA BS), they will not notify you until the past due amount is >$100. And those charges are just past extra past due charges. I am in agreement with the person regarding a lawyer. Some one should take them to court.

They managed our association for several years before we decided to make a change. Rude, unresponsive and expensive. Glad we made the change. Never have looked back.

These guys are a joke. Left our upstairs neighbors roof leaking for 4 months while they found quotes to fix the issue. Needless to say we both had damage due to neglect from these bafoons!

So this PM has the worst customer service and is never open. I had a huge issue with my HOA and neighbor next door. Never once did they listen on my complaints but went with the neighbor's hearsay next door. Run- fast

I can not believe this is an American company. So rude, so disorganized. Never call you back no matter how many times you leave message. What i want to know where the f*** my 280$/ month HOA goes? This is a useless company with the worst customer service. Diana needs to learn few things about customer service.

Poor customer service and always rude when they are on the phone, they oblivious need more customer service training. Jill one of their community manager is one of the rudest and dumbest human-beings i have ever spoken to.how she got the job is a mystery.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all cost I was a property manager for 10 years and these people have no idea what they're doing they're just collecting a paycheck.
