I met lindsey after an open house and she took the time to come see my condo. She was patient and supportive. She had all I needed on speed dial. She staged my condo in one day for an additional cost but it got us multiple offers after one open house. She coached me through the process even though I’d been through it before as a buyer. Professional staging was included in the price of the listing. The stager met with us and incorporated items we wanted to include in the staging. We were able to move the other items we wanted to keep into the garage until the house sold, thus avoiding off-site storage. The listing included 2 hours of a handyman for minor repairs and a professional house and carpet cleaning.
