Lindsey Nails & Spa, Riverside CA

CLEARLY LINDSAYS DOES NOT WANT ANY NEW CLIENTS. I made an appointment for 2: 45 got there four minutes late (due to no parking available) and the man yelled at me for being late. He said I'm on the book at 2: 30 (even though his coworker told me 2: 45) so go away. SERIOUSLY! Worst service ever

Lyn has been doing my nails for almost 18 years! She is the best! I have followed her until she got her own shop!

Honestly they did such a great job i got a full set but you got to be patient and make an appointment

I've been coming to Lindsey for almost 5 yrs now and have always loved the job she and her family have done. She's always accommodating to what nail designs I've requested. Many of the online ideas, she can create to a tee. She's always friendly and greets everyone who has walked in. This is my home for nails and highly recommend her.

I moved out to Riverside about 3 years ago and during that time I have not found a decent nail salon. I had been faithful to my place in LA for 20+ years. Today I found Lindsey’s Nails, Lindsey did an amazing job! I am loving the work she has done. She was kind enough to school me on the different shapes and to let her know in advance the style and shape. I would definitely recommend. Thank you Lindsey for the awesome work and for being so close to home. ️

I have been looking all over for real gel nails and couldn’t find it. But thank god i found Lindsey nail. Gave me exactly what i wanted. You should go thete cause they care and makes sure your nails are perfect!

I have been cominf to Lindsey Nails & Spa for YEARS! I have always requested Dat (lindseys brother) and he has always done a fantastic job! He always gets exactly what i want done. Sometimes i have to wait because the persons apt in front of mine either took a little longer than expected, or they showed up late. But i have never had to wait more than 20 min for my apt. ALWAYS MAKE AN APT! They get crazy busy when you least expect it

Called ahead to see if they were busy. The male who answered said "no, come now.we're not busy". Said I could get there in 15-20 minutes and asked if that would still be a good time. He agreed. I showed up at the exact time I said I would. To my surprise, the place was jam packed. I waited a good 15 minutes and was still nowhere near getting any service. I left and discreetly called them back once I got to my car. Explained I wouldn't have come if I knew it was so busy, that's why I called ahead. I simply recomended they be more careful about communicating with their customers. The lady who answered was not apologetic, was instead defensive and angry. Hopefully this was just a fluke and I caught them on a bad day.

Been seeing Lindsey for several years not only in this shop but previous shops. She is attentive to the clients needs, up to date with trends, and her whole staff is very good. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Just be sure to call and make an appointment. You cant expect immediate service without an appointment there will be a wait for good quality!

I got my stilettos done by a young man and he was extremely careful and took his time despite it being near closing time. He cleared the awkward silences with his humor and was extremely friendly in general. They have themselves a new loyal customer!

The price is great. Kat does a very good job. My issue is they are supposed to open at 10 a.m. But are always late. Today I had an appointment at 10 and at 10: 30 the salon was still closed nobody showed up. I'm done. There are lots of other salons to choose from.
