This place is absolutely unprofessional in every way.
Arrived 8-25 for a 0830 appointment. Was told it was rescheduled because I was checking in at 0840 due to sitting in line. Aggravated but it is what it is. It was rescheduled the next day at 0830. I got into line at 0700 and was in at 0800. Docked at 0810. Went to check in and was told that they would call. I asked how they would call if they didn't have my number. She said they would.
Returned to the office at 1130 to see what was taking so long, they finally took my number and advised me that they don't have the product I'm hauling.
How does that make sense if it was rescheduled from yesterday? Then I was told my load will probably be canceled in the next hour half.
That makes absolutely no sense.

On top of all that
The blue office is very hard to find if you are in the 160s and nothing is marked out to find it. I even called the phone number and got a guy who worked in the office and told me he didn't even know where it was. Like, are you kidding me? You are sitting inside of it, and you don't know where it is.
It is on the completely other side of the building after walking around for 20 minutes, I finally found it.
Yard drivers are disrespectful and always in a rush. Speeding throughout the yard. So watch out if you're walking in the yard.
The offices are extremely slow and have no clue what's going on.

Still the same.horrible place to pickup or deliver to, try to avoid it if you can plus, they’re very rude there.

FMCSA need shut this place down

I mostly get drop and hooks from this location - the reason for 2 stars is as follows:

- slow check in process at gate
- rude yard dogs. If you’re dropping a loaded trailer they want it in a specific row (which is fine). The annoyance is if they see you dropping too far down that row, they will drive up to you and ask you to move it closer in a not-so-friendly way. Guard shack should have mentioned that at the gate.
-Clerk at shipping/receiving was not interested in being there it seemed.

Not really a fan of this place and I’m glad I only have to come once in a blue moon. It would be better if the employees weren’t so disinterested in their work and they improved their attitudes.

Had a 5: 30am appt
Got in line @ 4: 30am
Turn came at 6: 10am

Was told to reschdule because i was late.
If you come here keep atleast a 2hr window b4 your appt time.

Longass lines / Security Guard Shack have an attitiude problem.

Poor management. They changed my appointment without notice to the company. They overbooked and forced me to wait for hours. No room for backing. No parking. Bathroom always out of order

30 years driving. Biggest joke I've ever been to! And it doesn't seem like their mgt is interested in fixing it! Also they say your time is valuable but it's definitely not! Its Just words!

Good place to waste 16 hrs getting loaded.
Restrooms are disgusting. They smell worse than a portapotty in the summer heat.
Some of the female workers in the office are really rude as well.

Its worst place early my appointment was on 10th and then there system changes 12 and then on 12th they reject my load because of temperature but my refer temperature was same as on paper i have just 4 skids to drop over here I requested them alot but even they don’t listen to me. Company was (Sams Club)

Arrived an hour before the appointment. After an hour, the door was closed for another two hours and waiting for documents for another hour and a half. And that from 17: 45 to 22: 15

Just let me unload by myself at this point. I can't comprehend why it takes 4 hours to unload 7 pallets. Let me unload them by hand don't make me wait
