This is my second time ordering from linegear and they are very fast on getting there stuff out to be shipped ordered a new irpg today and already got a tracking number and everything

I ordered a Swedish Brush Axe from them and they were kind enough to work with me on the shipping cost. Unfortunately they shipped me the wrong axe. I spoke with the owner who claimed that the axe I was given was a "Swedish Brush Axe" even though it was nowhere even close to what their website depicted. They only offered to pay the return shipping. I would have appreciated some type of resolution such as getting the proper axe I ordered or a discount of some sort. I am bummed that I did not get the proper tool and now I have to take time out of my day to return this item to the post office. Also not to mention the amount of pollution that is necessary to return this item 700 miles through the mail. I understand this was a mistake but I feel like people should know so this does not happen to them.

Really nice employees I ordered a wildland fire pack and it was here in no time had to make a call back cause it was missing something but they got the problem resolved if I could give more stars I would and will be buying my gear from them now on

My son is a firefighter and shops there a lot and gets great customer service. I went with him one time and enjoyed looking around the store.

Tracey was super rude on the phone. Didn’t realize asking if a product was in stock was such a painful request.

They have all the specialized gear we need out on the line. Family owned, tidy and friendly. Shopping there for two seasons so far.
