As a first-time buyer, the experience of not aware of the process, paperwork and scrutiny that goes behind in making sure all the crosses and boxes are ticked, working with Linh has been no less than a surreal experience. Right from day 1, Linh has been so meticulous with his planning, guidance and even recommending us on what needed to be done so we are always ahead of the game and able to not have any surprises during the escrow process. I can truly say that Linh is extremely professional, highly proactive with his communications and quick turnaround times as well as clearly keeping us informed on how the escrow was progressing. He is so meticulous that he always has a plan for a plan to make sure that we don't lose out on the house and always plans for the worst case. Working with Linh, made me realize how inefficiently I was managing my finances, but Linh helped me plan my expenses and always guided me on what needed to happen. Right at the start of escrow, we had a blip on my credit report but with Linh's able guidance and assistance we were very quickly had that taken care of and applied for a rescore. All this while the escrow was in process, and we had committed to short close the escrow within 21-days.

A true testimony of Linh's commitment is that he is very sincere, very frank and transparent in all his communications. He does not make you feel that things are rosy if they are not but always having a plan in his back pocket for that worse scenario to avoid any late surprises and ensure they are no fall outs during the escrow process. For ex: even after doing the rescore, we were unsure if our loan will be approved by the lenders, but Linh made sure that he had a plan for that too so under no circumstances we had to let go of the house or had a fall out on the escrow process. Obviously, thanks to Linh we never had to fall back on that plan B but he was always ready and prepared for the worst.

I am so thankful to Linh and can't thank him enough, he is an absolute professional but even a better human being, a better person who is always there to help and assist you through the buying process. I can vouch that through this process we have a relationship that lasts for a lifetime so thank you bro for your wonderful support and helping us get into our new nest. I can for also vouch that Linh is the only one who actually works 24X7 as even if I had a query or question for which I would text him in the wee hours of the night, I always used to have a response within the next few mins, made me sometimes joke with him if he ever used to sleep or not. I believe he was so engrossed in my case that it even made him forget his upcoming marriage and the kind of commitment, dedication and hard work to make sure that we close out escrow as per the schedule while not able to focus on his marriage preparations is truly exemplary and something that I will always cherish for a lifetime.

As a first time home buyer, I did a lot of research on the lenders out here in the OC area before I picked someone I was comfortable with. I interviewed several lenders but none of them made me feel like I was in good hands. I emailed Linh after finding him on Yelp and we chatted over the phone about what I was looking for.
