Lynn is the best! He was so kind and helped me with my freezer issue in such a timely manner

I’ve lived here for 5 years and Elizabeth has made this experience absolutely wonderful. She’s extremely attentive, caring and hardworking and I’m delighted that the community is able to depend on her. She completely changed me as a person inspired me to better myself in all aspects of my life. I hope we can have more individuals like her to act as pillars in our community.

George and Lynn are some of the most awesome maintenance people I've worked with! They're very knowledgeable and efficient, as well as very friendly and cheerful! My AC has been acting up for the last couple of weeks which has caused me some distress, and they've been awesome about not only helping to get the issue resolved quickly and effectively, their jokes and cheerful natures have helped to keep my stress levels way down as well:)

Wanted to add that Lynn has once again saved the day! (And my laundry haha:) The handle to the door sectioning off my washing machine unit stopped working properly, and he managed to not only figure out what was wrong with it, but replaced the knob and fixed the problem in record time! Lynn, George, and the LINQ maintenance team are awesome!

I've lived here for 3 years now and can proudly say I love it. The maintenance team is fantastic. Lynn is kind and helpful. The turn around time for services is always less than 24 hours. We have a lovely community of people from all backgrounds.

Excellent Experience on maintenance requests from Lynn. The service person is very friendly and they react very promptly on any service request

Lynn is super helpful and responsive to the request. I can always trust him to fix any issues in my apartment.

Lynn is very nice and quite helpful to repair anything broken in our apartment within one day.

Cons:
1. One of the biggest irritating and frustrating thing that I see here is "Lack of trash bins" in the entire apartment complex. I have been to many apartments in entire US, but this is the first building I see where there is no single trash bin, even at the entrance of the building. And I see there are lot of cigarette buds, small tissue papers are being dropped in the walkway floors. I don't blame residents here.
2, Trash room is a complete mess most of the time.
3, Front office folks are responsive and helpful, ONLY until you move in, Again I am surprised on seeing many good reviews.
4, Packages: You will have to pay for packaging service called parcel pending, where all Packages will be delivered to those lockers. Now if the package is big, they will just leave the package in a room, and this room is outside of apartment complex, which have access to public. Because of this, I had to make package deliveries to Amazon pickup and get the heavy stuff on my own.

Pros:
1, Quick in addressing maintenance requests.
2. Near to SJ downtown

Lynn is a hard- worker. Responds to maintenance requests promptly. You will see him all around the property, and he always has a big smile on his face.

Lynn is the best worker that this place has, always greeted you with a big smile and willing to help you no matter what's your issue.

The maintenance guys George and Lynn are awesome and professional. They came to my apartment and fix my washing machine. They did good job. Thanks.

Great experience. Large room with low price. Leasing office are always there to help us. The staff is super quick and polite. We had Lynn help us twice in half a day.

We have lived at Linq for 4 years now and have always had a positive experience with management and excellent interactions with the maintenance team. Maintenance requests are always addressed in a timely manner. Lynn will show up that same day to resolve the issue and almost immediately for urgent requests! He is so nice and professional and It’s always a pleasure to run into him in the community. There’s a female on the maintenance staff too that is always super nice.

The LINQ has been a great intro to San Jose. The staff has been so welcoming and take care of all our needs when they arise.

Lynn, has been outstanding! He’s been here to quickly fix any of our maintenance needs. But also a kind and friendly face and smile in a new city.

Sean, has been another star. He’s helped me multiple times with clerical and technical mishaps.

This place has all the commodities you need in a convenient location. It’s provides safety, all the amenities, and to top it off a phenomenal staff!
