A+, my card is awesome and feels great. Heavy, and metal. I was able to send them what I wanted with a quick photoshop. Met my expectations. Have had many compliments. I lost my tap to pay, but I don't care for it I could use my phone for that. It's a quality product for sure. After sending card via their prepaid postage, it took roughly 5 business days for me to receive my new card.

They send you your old card without the chip, but it's still usable via swipe.

Wife is currently interested in a card so I might go ahead and get her one.

I got a great custom card in person! It was was super cool seeing there shop in the Bay Area. The service was great, I was offered a drink and got to see the whole process. The card is top quality and is way heavier than I expected. I'm a happy camper!

I got wind of the lion card services through credit Shifu on YouTube and really thought about getting my card done about four times before actually making the move to get them done. The process was very seamless just as they state on their website. During the design drafting process, Johnny and his team worked to mock up multiple different designs that I finally decided on.

The shipping process was extremely fast!

If I had made my final card design sooner I would've had my new cards to them, transformed and returned back to me within the same week. The process only took about six business days.

My cards are very exclusive looking now and the heft that they now have is very impressive. When I drop them down at the table to pay for dinner heads turn. Plus the ecological impact this has on saving plastic when plastic credit and debit cards.l need to be replaced.

The short story: LionCard is a legit organization that takes pride in providing luxury in credit card conversion. You can trust that they will take care in your request.

The long story: after receiving a new credit card, I was disappointed that this particular company didn't make metal cards. So as I am researching the subject I stumbled across their website. After looking @ their social media accounts, I called them and left a message. That evening they called back and provided me an email address to send over my ideas on how I would like my card to look. After visiting their website and playing with their customizer, and countless emails getting the images and fonts the way I wanted, I am now in the posession of a metal card of exactly what I wanted. It works and it has definitely turned heads.
LionCard's professionalism and care to their craft is top notch. The customer service is next level. I want to thank Andrew, and the team who answered ALL of my emails and catered to my request. We will talk again.

From Canada it took 3 days to send, 1 day to process the conversion, and 1 day to send back and me receive it. Took 1 week quick and easy!

Super friendly customer service and did all my requests

I'm used to always having hefty metal credit cards, so when I switched to a plastic one, I missed the weight and feel of a metal credit card.

I found out about Lion Card and after a TON of research, decided to have them convert my flimsy plastic card into a metal one. I will tell you right now, their customer service is EXCELLENT! They were super responsive to any and all questions I had, and kept me up to date every step of the way.

Now how was the quality of the card? Absolutely amazing. The card weighs 28g which is about 10g heavier than my Citi Prestige, which is already a beast. The detail and craftsmanship on the lion card is also top notch. Honestly, the only downside is that now I'm pretty much going to HAVE to have them convert any future credit cards for me, because this thing will spoil me.

If you're reading these reviews to see if you should send your card to them and have the conversion done, my answer is a resounding YES. If I'm ever in San Jose in the future, I'd actually love to check out their facility.

Received a Lion metal card as a gift. Thought it was pretty cool but didn't know it would be a conversation starter everywhere I went. I'm a real estate agent and take clients out to lunch very often and most of the time someone always mentions it. Definitely great to have when you want to impress.

Also, just want to add that I've been using my card for over a year now and never had any issues. Works just like a regular card as it should!
