I waited 5 weeks for a new patient appointment. Two days before her office called and canceled my appointment for a "high profile" case. They offered to rebook my appointment for another six weeks. I already requested the day off and needed to be seen for a time sensitive manner. Thank you for making timely and efficient care for patient you deem worthy. Unprofessional and unreliable.
