Horrible experience. We waited 4 months after our pediatrician put in the referral to be seen by Dr Molin. Before my toddler even sat down and before she even looked in his ears, she said “He looks fine, why are you here? ”. I explained all the ear infections and currently he doesn’t have one but it only went away just over a month or so ago but he had very serious ear infections treated by 3 different antibiotics. She asked if I wanted to put tubes in his ears because that’s the only reason I should bring my son to see her. She didn’t care about evaluation, treatment, or anything else but pushing patients through a revolving door to do more tube procedures.

This was my third visit to this Dr. She did nothing for me either visit. I had an ear infection. I called on a wed. They said they couldn't get me in until the following week on Thursday. Thursday rolls around and they call and cancel. Wanted to book the next Thursday. I said I was in pain isn't there a sooner appt. They make it Monday afternoon. My 18 year old granddaughter came. Of course the Dr did nothing. Said nothing was wrong. And came up with crazy answers that don't make sense. When we left my granddaughter said the Dr was really rude and smug. I agreed. I talked to a real ENT later who said her answers were rediculous and she should have her license revoked. If I could give 0 stars I would. I would not recommend this person who calls herself a Dr to my worst enemy.

I've seen Dr. Molin 3 times in 10 years. She has solved each issue accurately & I've ony found her to be kind & professional.

I had a swallow study done October 31st showing that the back of my tongue is enlarged. I called the office 2 weeks later because I heard nothing back. I have been eating soft foods for a year because it's hard to eat. I was told dr molin hadn't looked at my test yet. I said ok gave it a week didn't hear anything so I called back and was told she is out of town for two weeks for Thanksgiving. I get a call from her medical assistant two weeks later saying she's going to make me an appointment with a speech therapist. I meet with the speech therapist and she says she can't do much until my dr figures out why my tongue is enlarged and that she'll send the notes back to my dr. It's been one week and still haven't heard back. So I got a test done almost two months ago and dr molin hasn't bothered to look. This is so wrong what if my condition is serious and the fact that I have to continue to blend up my food. I would never trust this office I am a young mother and the anguish this has caused me is horrible reckless and unprofessional.

I have lost my sense of smell “it should come back”. I have very little moisture in my nose “ that’s a good thing don’t you think “. Really.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. If you have problems with your tonsils, DO NOT GO HERE

The positive reviews must be paid for or the only people that have a good experience with this doctor must not understand how medical practices should work or how much they were billed. Myself and a close friend went in for the same reason and were scammed by this doc. Go to literally anyone else

1.5 hour wait in a clinic type environment just to get a 20 second lackluster and uninformed diagnosis. Don’t risk Dr. Stewart’s office if this is the actual doctor one ends up seeing.

Dr. Molin was attentive and very helpful and informative. Took the time to discuss issues and was very proactive. The office staff was very helpful, efficient, and personable. I highly recommend this office and doctor. The office was also very responsive in handling referrals.
