I have two complaint regarding my agent, Lisa Yen. First, when I tried to get a quote for my house insurance, they combined my policy file with a totally different stranger, who shared the same first name as my husband. This mistake not only result in leaking my personal information, but also the stranger called me and blamed me for hacking into his account. This is totally unacceptable. The second complaint is regarding my cancellation of the policy. I emailed them to cancel my car insurance policy in January, but they still charged my credit card in April. I have disputed the charge. They sent me a check for the reimbursement later, but I have never cashed out the check. The WORST PART is that I just received a letter from credit collection service claiming that I owe them money. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS IS MY FAULT and MY CREDIT SCORE IS AFFECTED BY THIS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENT TO ANY ONE.

I have been insured for twenty years, and Lisa and the company's staff have always been enthusiastic about serving customers. Especially Lisa can know the last name of her customers at a glance. We can also handle customer emails immediately.

Bad service from the receptionist with Cantonese accent name Amy or Amie or whatever, very unprofessional, unable to answer simple questions. Should be fired immediately. I am canceling my insurance with Allstate. Thanks to her.
