Lisa's Perfect Cuts, Sunnyvale CA

Take my word that this is not the place you want to go to for a haircut. I came in with a photo of myself with bangs my previous hair dresser had made years ago that I loved. And I was completely and utterly botched for months!

Go to Sara at the Sunnyvale beauty salon a few storefronts down the block who helped me after my disastrous encounter at this place.

Was an okish place for haircut. Not that satisfied with the results. I guess majority of them come here to just shorten hair and not style/ craft. Not quite sure if i will visit again.

Please do not go here! Be warned. This is the worst place ever to get your hair cut. I asked for bangs and brought in a photo and the woman cutting my hair completely botched me these for these last few months. These bangs were so uneven and so short in the middle that four months later I'm still waiting for them to grow long enough to put behind my ear. Honestly such a traumatic experience to put your hair in someone's care and have them ruin it.

Not to mention they didn't even put a plastic tarp over my clothes and didn't even brush the hair that fell all over me off. I was dripping wads of hair off throughout the salon and they didn't even clean the chair off for the person who got their haircut on it 10 seconds afterwards. Who they also botched. And they had the audacity to ask for a tip afterwards. Hopefully this review doesn't get hidden like the last one I posted.

Clean, affordable and friendly neighborhood haircut. Going to Lisa’s last 2 years and not disappointed.

Tldr: terrible customer service, rude staff, I don't recommend.

I wish I could rate -10. Don't go to this place if you care for hygiene and even just a descent haircut. I recently had terrible experience. After finishing someone else's haircut this staff calls me and there is hair all over the floor and the chair, and it wasn't cleaned. I asked the staff to at least clean the chunks of hairs on the footrest of the chair, and she was already grumpy because of this. Hairs on the floor from the previous cut was never cleaned.

During the haircut, she sprayed water directly on my face a few times, and I still sat there because I wanted to just get the haircut done. The haircut was complete in 10 minutes, and I could literally see uneven spots on the head. I was in no mood to argue. When I came home, I was shocked to see all the hairs still stuck to my shirt and she never blown air or cleaned it with a brush.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received at any place. I have tried to reach out to Lisa over phone but looks like she's hardly at the store. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and they aren't even cost effective.
