I won't buy any automobile from this dealer. They do not keep their promise of saving the car we liked.

I bought an Elantra 2022 from here. The whole process was very smooth. My salesman was Brandon Smith. He was very nice and informative. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Brandon.

My sales rep Brandon did a great job of making sure I was able to compare multiple models of the vehicle I was looking at and just really went the extra mile to make the finance aspect seamless and quick.

First red flag, salesman that called himself "money"
2nd red flag, almost every car I looked at on the lot was DOUBLE Msrp or more.
3rd redflag, salesman refused to answer any of my concerns with an audible answer.

The staff was extremely friendly and not pushy at all. I worked with Stan briefly and he was very nice and then logan took over when I came over to the dealership from out the area and they made the process painless. Logan was very nice and sweet. The finance manager who assisted me was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place and they also offer prices that no other dealerships in California offer.

Relatively easy and straightforward to discuss the purchase and set things up. Showed up, signed some paperwork and off we went. Everyone seemed super nice. Maria in particular was very helpful in getting us going. Only complaint is the dealer did not seem super familiar with some of the new car features (like BlueLink), and it has been a bit of a headache getting Hyundai to realize I now own the car to set it up. In general, probably not this dealers fault, just a confusing system and the overall experience was great.

I can’t go anywhere else…. This location needs an award. This is my second time buying a car and both times have been such a pleasure. This last visit was awesome, didn’t take too much time out of my day to get financed! Maria went above and beyond to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I’m not the best customer, credit wise, but she found me my dream car without any judgment to my situation.
My finance manager, Mike, is the absolute best. I can’t believe his hard work and dedication to finding the best of the best for my family. He really made it work when no one else could!
Susan completed my paperwork and contracts, she was such a sweetheart. I purchased a used vehicle and she made sure to offer the best warranty she could. She gave me piece of mind and taught me so much about my loan and how everything works. The whole process was super transparent, I knew exactly what I was signing. I feel like family here. If I ever need another vehicle, I refuse to go anywhere else! Both cars have been the most reliable, updated, and safest cars I’ve ever had.

Went here last week to payoff my remaining balance for my vehicle that I've been financing, and basically I was questioned where did I get my money from and where do I work at, Never in my life I've felt discriminated. They lost a loyal customer for 5 years now I'll be taking my business elsewhere smh

We found the car we wanted, they were extremely patient and understanding of our situation. If I could give more stars I definitely would. We are more than happy with our new 2022 Elantra Hybrid Limited! Best decision we ever made.

Garbage. Just bought a $34,000 Subaru. Clutch master cylinder went out after 7,000 miles. Apperently they don't work on the cars they sell. Told me to tow it to Modesto Subaru. $900 to fix. Over $300 for tow. Not even sure if they'll honor warrenty. Vague info. Pretty sure ill be spending that out of pocket. Please buy somewhere else. They were very helpful when they wanted my money. Huge mistake.

Pedro is the best & this is the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! I saw a car deal online for the car that I was interested in leasing. Pedro helped me every step of the way over the phone, and was honest and transparent. Since I was coming from the bay area and have had bad car dealership experiences in the past, I was hesitant about driving all the way to Fresno. I was also warned by another dealership that my deal was too good to be true given the current market. Pedro was patient with me while I triple-checked details about the car and pricing. I made the drive to Fresno today to get the car and I didn't regret it! There were no surprises with the pricing, leasing terms, or vehicle. Though Pedro wasn't able to be there when I arrived, Bernie helped make the rest of the process as painless as possible. They made a great team and both contributed to my excellent experience. I will definitely be returning to Lithia Hyundai for future vehicles, even if it is a few hours away!
