Little Caesars Pizza

We arrived and ordered today at 5: 40, the young man told the wife 20 min for two “hot & ready” pizzas. We left to dollar tree for drinks and took them back to the car. At 6: 09 I checked in once again with Raul (he went to the back to the prep table and packed some hot wings after he was at the fron handling money and the cashier) comes back, to tell me it will be 10 more minutes since the guy preparing the pizzas had forgot to do my no sauce pizza, Ok. At 6: 20 I did another order status check with Raul to which he replied "7 more minutes" after he went to the back yet again to do circles and look confused. There was at least 10 people there that waited for a long time for their order besides me, some people had even ordered online and when they retrieved their order from the "self help" station their order was incomplete. I had my family waiting in the car for almost an hour and when I asked for some of the wings or bread sticks which were boxed and ready to go they said no. That I needed to wait another 15 minutes if wanted them! Hahaha! No customer appreciation or respect. Horrible. So we took off, when we sat to eat the pizza there was a sliceI of bell pepper cooked into the crust! Ha! Ha! I can go on and on about this really bad experience. I do not recommend this place at all. The owner of this place should be ashamed of having this business running as it is. No pride or love for their stuff. People should go to Piara Pizza or Round Table down the street and don't give this dumpster your business any longer.

Talk about the worst, know one knows what they are doing here. Happens often. Wrong order confusion. Pick up at this time and only to have to wait an additional 45 min. I am not sure who trained these guys or where the manager is in this but please reset.

I don't like the fact that they don't use gloves and I have to always check the pizza before leaving it's either dry or not enough pepperoni on it or burnt

What can I say, it's Little Caesars. So probably the best value for your dollar when it comes to Pizza. The app and the pizza portal make things very convenient.

Cheap and quick. Look the staff gets overwhelmed but they go at it daily. Order your food. Shop next door at Dollar Tree for plates and drinks etc.

We've used them a lot in the course of 2 years but we've learned how to order from them. You must order very early because they take forever. Nothing is EVER ready-to-go so don't try to just pop in and grab a pepperoni. It will not be ready. On the plus side, when it finally comes out (correctly - cuz they botch up orders a lot) it is always delicious.

The service was quick and courteous. The place was clean and is what you would expect from a good little Caesar's

Not good waited 45 min for 3 pizzas and crazy bread i was the 1st one here and nobody was here other people came in and i was the last one to get my pizza their was none made but they left first. Disappointment

Aren't the $5 pizzas supposed to be hot and ready? It took like 15 minutes for my easy order of peperoni and crazy bread. Also, the crazy bread was saturated with butter and it did not taste the same. Nice people but they had a line of customers waiting for their order. They did have these new machines were you get your order through them. Maybe that's why the walk ins had to wait?

Didn't have their thin crust pepperoni ready, which is what I wanted to try, got their classic instead

Great team work. I go often and most of the customers complaining on reviews are ghetto trash trying to get free stuff. And I feel for the crew I've watched trash customers say awful things to the workers. They are awesome here. And have great leadership in this store! Great work guys!

Tonight, my husband brought home pizza and crazy bread for our family. Upon cracking open the crazy bread bag, I realized the bread was soaked in half-melted butter. Soaked, drenched, SWIMMING in so much butter that it was caked on my hands after picking up a piece. I am appalled that Little Caesars would sell food like this to paying customers.

Place is clean, the staff is nice and friendly, I always bring my kids and they get their little pizza games. They love it here.

I really enjoyed the the 999 Pizza but it cost me twenty bucks almost it was delicious it took a bit of time but they're very popular don't eat pizza though only on occasion occasionally if I could spell nevermind

Went it today at noon to pick up some pizzas and the worker informed me that they wait for an order then they put the pizzas in the oven, I'm sure the Owners not aware of this.

Best prices. Unfortunately had to wait on a "hot and ready" item but if you call an order in it's always ready when they say

This store is ok if you order in advance. 'Hot & Ready' stopped to exist when they created the $1 extra pizza. Yet, still the best low price pizza in town.

Really it's the second time they mess up with my pizza, they should be more focused on their job, come on the cheese is not even melted! I asked extra pineapple and here comes with 8 pieces of pineapple this is a f. Joke they get paid for doing quality hope the manager read this and know that he or she is doing a very bad job with his or her employees!

Horrible customer service, the girl who literally just served me 2 minutes ago was extremely rude. After I was already at the counter she didn’t even greet me and she was extremely unpleasant. She was counting money for like 5 minutes and then finally said hi. Not polite at all. Idk why you’d hire a 16 year old girl with zero personality or customer service. Horrible experience. Also my hot n ready was expired.
