Little Caesars Pizza reviews
14Ordered the pizza, got the estimated time for it to be ready and headed for the store after waiting a few minutes. Waited in the parking lot for a few minutes waiting to get confirmation my order was ready but went inside after it had taken longer than estimated. While waiting in the lobby, I noticed several visibly frustrated customers waiting for orders when I received a phone call from the young man who just walked to the back of the restaurant. He informed me that they were out of my order's ingredients and asked if I wanted to order something else. I don't understand how you can wait so long that customers can wait, travel, wait again and literally be inside your restaurant before you do the courtesy of letting them know their order can't be fulfilled. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this location. And for the record, the "Pizza Portal" for pizza pickup was completely empty so it wasn't as if there was a massive surge in customer orders.
These bad reviews are wack.
I came in on 9: 30 on a Monday night. Halloween.
I know what it’s like working service and hate making large orders, but today we had a party and we were responsible for bringing the pizzas.
These workers were lovely enough to take my order of 6 Classic Pizzas, 2 - 2 Liter sodas, 10 dipping sauces, and 2 orders of wings.
$70 Total, a really nice deal.
THE WOMEN WORKING THIS DAY DESERVE RAISES, BECAUSE THEY WERE INCREDIBLE, MADE NO EXCUSES OR FACES AT MY ORDER. THEY WERE AMAZING. I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS.
I know it’s “just their job”, but the fact that I couldn’t give them a tip is outright disrespectful on the owners part. These women deserve tip’s, and if not that then raises. The service industry is not easy and these women set aside halloween to come in and work a shift getting nonstop foot traffic. The least I could give them is a tip.
Thank you to the workers for helping us make our Halloween.
This place has the worst customer service. They have a bunch of teenagers working. Their attitude is really bad. I had an employee throw my pizza on the counter after waiting an hour for an online order. Will never come back here again.
Went there this afternoon supposedly the manager's name is Nathan I'm not sure if that's him but that's what the guy at the cash register said. The manager was very disrespectful he was turning his lips and his eyebrows up twisting his head all around very unprofessional
I just received my delivery of a pepperoni pizza and there were ANTS inside the box. Tried to call and complain but just kept getting disconnected.
No way I called 40 minutes ago for one pizza and it’s not ready yet and they’re telling customers the pizzas burnt when they’re laughing and goofing off in the back unbelievable
Call in for order. If lucky they'll answer. Try 3 times. Was hung up on. Talk to the manager. Got a song and dance number.say he had only 3 employees. Manager has pull a cell phone from rear pocket. I believe. That store dose not like to answer the phone. Try to order on the app? Use at your own risk
So the problem is that it’s 8: 10 and I’m at a show, and the website, the app and door dash all day there is not enough time to complete the order. When you call in, they say, “ there is nothing they can do they don’t have drivers” it’s just ridiculous. So much for convenience!
Easy to order online.
Staff is always pleasant
No contact pickup if that is your preference
Pizzas ready quickly and just the way we ordered them. Their pizza portal made pickup fast and easy, which is all you need when you want pizza!
The guy at the register on Friday the 25th /02, super nice, excellent costumer service from him, he helped me with a weird request, even though it was busy and with a couple of karens there lol he was very professional and kind, thank you!
Very nice cashiers really friendly a very clean place this was my first visit at this Location and it's my favorite location now
Hands down worst little Caesar location ever pizza was reheated from previous day hard and flavorless
We ordered delivery from little Caesars a couple of days ago I was not at all I was not at all, that is some nasty overcooked pizza pizza The cheese didn't even seem real. And I had to order through Doordash (ripoff) so for a $7.67 pizza it cost me $16 my boyfriend wanted it he got it.
