Little Caesars Pizza

Apparently they can't do doordash orders correctly. Missed a pizza entirely. What a waste of time.

Television advertise the Phnceroni pepperoni pizza. So my husband and I went in to pick one up at 6: 20 PM. Behind the register is a sign that says fresh and ready fancy Roni pepperoni from 4 PM to 8 PM. When we ordered one the cashier said you’ll have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I teased him and read to him the sign behind the register. We of course graciously waited our allotted 10 to 15 minutes. When our time had passed, he handed us our pizza and we left. I told my husband to put it in the backseat so it wouldn’t be too hot on his lap, but he said that wasn’t necessary. It certainly wasn’t that pizza was cold like cardboard and just all-around a dreadful experience. We will NOT be going to the Little Caesars in Covina at the corner of Citrus and Covina Boulevard again.

I arrived at 7: 50 to Little Caesars and was not attend to until 7: 59. The customer service is bad, employees talking and one employee was on the phone via headphones. Another customer came in asking for sauce and they laughed when he thought it was free

No sense of urgency or care. Definitely wouldn’t return

One of the worst locations ever. Bunch of careless workers and not to mention that their system sucks as well! It’s no wonder people are waiting so long for their orders! The one by APU is so much better!

This guys are fast really fast.every single time i got something from this pizza parlor i got it correct, accurate and FAST. I hope they get paid well, they DESERVE it.

I placed an order in the amount of $99.30 on December 12 for delivery. Apparently when the delivery person arrived to the store to pick up my order the store was closed. They canceled my order but refused to refund me. It is December 30 and I am still fighting for a refund. Avoid this store!

I love little Caesars Pizza but lately as I been picking up pizza for the kids they leave the Pizza out too long, they are not fresh, dry not moist

They do not pay attention no quality control got one pizza it was burnt they gave me another one the cheese was unevenly spread.

Went around 7pm and was super busy, they only had one cashier, I had to wait about 13 min for 3 peperroni pizzas, they had an express machine but had no pizzas in it. Was happy I got freshly made pizzas, but had to wait. So if u dont mind waiting its a good spot to go.

I always goes here to get my pit but today I was waiting 45 minutes to get my pizza and then I get home and it was hard and Burnt I was so disappointed and I even ask then 3 time about my pizza

No hot and ready pizza ready for pick up or take out very bad management poorly run I feel bad for this little Caesars located in Covina use to be good back in the day

I paid 15 dollars for extra sauce and crazy bread and none of it came only 2 pizzas actually came and some wings and I did not get it refunded.

They never have their "Corner Stone Phrase" available! Their "HOT and Ready Pizza" is NEVER available! You can't walk in between 4pm and 8pm and walk out with a pizza in your hands! You will always have too wait 15 min for a pizza! Make sure you call ahead with this location!

My daughter's favorite but this place is always packed. The wait tends to be long since they hardly ever have any pizza ready, I'm guessing because they're always busy. It's better to order in the app and just pick it up.

We walked by it and it smells so good we decided to go in and order a pizza we had to wait for three other people to go in first it was one at a time and then they denied me a pizza they said it was too late to order and cook so they had two crazy breads on it no there was no pizza on the shelf the fast track yeah Little Caesars did not do their advertisement there was no hot and ready pieces that offer anybody that went but
