Little Caesars Pizza

Love a little ceasers pizza, great deals and the staff member working was really polite and friendly which just makes something so simple a better experience.

It's 7: 30 pm, and I stroll in to get 2 orders of stuffed cheese sticks. The girl goes to the back and says they only have one and it'll be 7 minutes!
Really!?
1 stick at dinner time?
I decide to wait for it.
Same girl rings me up and I give her a $20. She gives me back my change and doesn't count it back!
Well, I count it, and it was WRONG! Then when I tell and show her, she says SHE counted it right!
I stopped there and when my food came, I was out!
Lil Caesars used to be my go to place for quick ready to go food. The chain seems to have lost that skill along the way.
I won't be back to this one though!
And I have an idea - don't ball up the change in the receipt... Count it back to the customer!

Good luck trying to order they NEVER answer the phone. Website is always crashing. Rude employees. I was on hold for more than 30min and when I walked inside there was at least 5 workers just laughing and not even working yet they can’t answer…

Pizzas are good but they never answer the phone and always give a different excuse everytime it's brought to the employees attention.

Hello, the other customers and staff where very polite, but the top 1/2 of the pizza was a mess! 12 minutes and $7.00, you get what you pay for! Bye-bye

Come on Little Cesars.we ordered the new fanceroni where there are supposed to be over 100 pepperoni.yeah i don't think so. And the way you cut this was ridiculous. You can do better

No plates no crushed peppers or Parmesan cheese what snacks no cheese on the pizza so disappointed

I tried to place an order and the website was down. Then i call to place an order and nobody picks up i was on hold for 20 min and the whole time im driving over their Buena Park, i thought it was busy. When i arrived there was only 1 person ahead of me and the music is blasting loud people playing around in the back. I asked the lady who was the cashier her name is Sandra and she was not smiling or anything. Then i asked her about the website and she says its down. So i placed an ordef and told her about the phone and she didnt even say anything. Very poor customer service very unproffesional very unethical. And now im waiting for them to make my pizza. Never again will i purchase a pizza from here, bad service and yelling un proffesional environment

My favorite pizza is a ham and onion pizza. I love how this place makes it and my pizza is cooked well and I think it tastes delicious!

Ordered online but to the wrong pickup spot to this location on accident and I was calling to cancel but they wouldn't pick up ended up paying double along with customer service wasn't picking up.

One of the better LCs in the area. Hard to beat the value of their classic pizzas. Pizza portals are easy to get to, and they've always had them ready on time.

The place is always cleaner than the parking lot, the staff are friendly, and the service is a lot quicker than what you think. Whenever we leave Knott's Berry farm we always stop by here for pizza.

Buy using the app, very fast! (You can ask them to double cut your pizza also. Very friendly employees). They need a raise.

Every single time I order it for delivery my items are missing and I can never get through so I can get a refund this is ridiculous. Hold time is always over an hour
