Little Caesars Pizza

I had ordered my food online & paid online it said order would be ready a 9 pm but when I arrived at store no employee even checked to see why I was there or if I needed any help after 16 minutes in the store finally someone acknowledged me but then to tell me they would need another 5 minutes so I left to get a soda came back and again I get in store for almost 10 minutes before they say anything to me & then I get my order but it wasn't correct. No sauce that I was supposed to have with breadsticks my wings were wrong flavor and none of my food was as hot as should be & when I got back home i tried to call store but it just rings & rings no answer & now it's closed. This store on Ave K & 10th west seems to never get anything right & there is never anyway to advise order is not right & that I am not happy with what I did get.

What in the undercooked crazy bread is this? After waiting 1: 30 hrs for pizza that was ordered by app to be ready at 5: 30 we get this. The pizza was burned and cut into squares? WTH! There was one employee and a useless supervisor in the back, on the phone with a crowd of people waiting. WILL NEVER BE BACK

Very slow service, got a lunch deal and it took 25 minutes from the time I paid. 2 others came after me, wasn’t busy. Employees do not look like they wanna work.

Worse service ever.made an order in person waited 30 min to come back and so they said accidentally gave my order to someone else cuz they had the same order as me.ridiculous

Feel sorry for the employees. The place looks neglected by manager and supervisors. It’s visibly very dirty. I can’t imagine how dirty it is behind the scenes.

Pizza got my family and i sick. The cheese pizza with all burnt to hell. Manger was giving attitude to people who's order never showed up on there computer's but they all had receipts which prove they've already paid this was 10/22/22

Worse Little Ceasars in USA! They never answer the phone and never have pizza ready! You literally have to go in an order…If you get lucky and someone does answer, they have the worse attitudes! Sometime I just want to wat somewhere else but my son loves Little Cearsars

Trash got an extra most bestest and it didn't have anything on top and had to waste my time for another one and didn't get a refund

Worst place to go get pizza they canceled our order had us waiting for one hour and they didn’t want to give us our money back bad employees they aren’t organized at at!

I will never go back to a little Ceasars pizza again because of this. I ordered a regular cheese pizza with no sauce. Then added crazy sauce on it. It cost me 11.90 for a pizza that cost everyone else 6.99. So I know the crazy sauce is 2 dollars to add. So if we do the math that shouldn't have cost me more than 10 dollar's even with tax. So how did I get charged 2 extra dollars for removing the marinara sauce on my pizza. They told me that removing the sauce made it a custom pizza so it's now 7.99. Even with that ridiculous thinking, there is still 1 dollar extra being charged. Then when I questioned them and explained it, they told me that's just what it cost. The Lancaster little Ceasars pizza on 10th st.west is so crooked I can't explain it. Don't go there and if you do check your pricing.

Im extremely angry, frustrated, and disappointed. The service at this location is ridiculous. I waited 40 minutes for my order and to top it off they got the order wrong. I requested to refund me my money and that I no longer wanted the pizza. It’s been two weeks and they haven’t refunded nothing. One of the employees claimed to be the manager and then the second time I went she said that the store manager wasn’t there and this was coming from the same employee. This is the worst management ever. I can’t imagine how much money they have stolen from different people. Wait there’s more…. I told her that my receipt said voided and not refunded and she mentioned that both terms are the same in their system. Incorrect they aren’t the same young lady void is one thing and refund is another. There is seriously something really illegal happening with peoples money.

I had to wait 30 mins for a hot and ready pizza and there was trash on the floor i offerd to clean it but the dude said no and then didnt clean it it was irritating yo say the least

WORST WORST WORST WORST EVER. I always order mi pizza online and then it tells me wen it ready to pick up. The last 10times I’ve gone mi pizza is not in the portal it shows my name but no pizza so I ask wers my pizza and always they say it’s gonna take 20+ minutes and I’m like why would u guys push it trough like it’s done? Uggghhhh so frustrating. Pizza Hut here we come

The pizzas were tiny, the crust bread was burnt, and the pizza was dry. Didn't like the food.

When your whole business model is Walk In Get A Pizza and you walk in and they have NO PIZZA and you're greeted by an unfriendly unapologetic staff member who says 45 minutes to an hour for a pizza.then I guess even a one star is too much.
Head on over to Vons, picked up a $5 frozen pizza, went home and 30 minutes later had a nice hot meal.
Very disappointed. You're failing at your unique selling proposition

Pizza was hot fresh and ready to go and their new breadsticks the cheese the cheese breadsticks with the pepperoni on the top the Italian one or whatever they call it is the best

Place a only order and arrive past it and still got told 20-30min wait. Always seems to be a wait here.

Does this place have a manager cuz theres a line a people and nobody has come to the front to even ask if they been help or to check if there orders are ready they need somebody to really take charge and actually manage this place smh

"Close at 10: 00 pm" but they actually stop at 9: 45. Terrible customer service.
