I ordered online and it was the wrong location but I try calling them but they didn't answer
They mess up orders constantly, food comes out barely warm, they forget things for mobile ordering and the store is always dirty.
Ordered online and picked up in store. I hadn’t used the app before, but once I figured it out its pretty straightforward. Just bring the code and the rest is easy.
Ordered online and came during pick up time frame, and they didn't even start or look at the order online! So didn't wanna wait any longer and just took a hot and ready pizza which was horrible. Still waiting on my refund for the pizza I ordered online. They don't answer there phone either! Will not be going there again!
I ordered online before the store opened and the pizza was ready when they opened at 10 AM. Paid online and picked up the pizza in there electronic delivery system.
One of the managers I assume was very rude and as I was waiting for my order she was yelling at some employee. She did not look like she was having a good day. I went in another time and I saw a employee who looked very pale was coughing but was wearing a mask what is the safety health for employees and customers?
Ordered my pizzas along with 6 dips, and never got the dips, called the phone many times abd nobody picked up

No one seems to care about a deadly virus going around l walked in and already didn’t see anyone wearing gloves I asked the girl up front if they could wear gloves an she laughed an said that they didn’t wear gloves, we walked in when the pizza was ready an we seen her whisper something into the guys ear that brought us the pizza, he put on gloves last min just to hand us the pizza didn’t appreciate that
The place is clean and everything and the pizza is good but the service for answering phones and talking to customers I'd say it's horrible,
It takes a very long time to get a pizza other than a classic and they make you wait an additional 15 minutes
This place is great. The staff is awesome, I come here A LOT.their card machine has been down twice so far causing me atm fees and one time even having to drive back home during rush hour to get cash. Other than that they always make fresh pizza and within 10 minutes.

Pls get more chairs for your customers to sit and wait for their orders.
This place gets very packed and yet there’s only 2 chairs here and TONS OF EMPTY ROOM FOR A FEW MORE CHAIRS OR A BENCH. People just standing around for 20 min waiting for their orders.
When ordering from the app - they don’t get my order about 30-50% of the time. So better to just call them. Not sure if it’s the app to blame or some other issue.
It's a great place second of all I found a phone out there in the parking lot so the parking lot is like a treasure box
What can I say about little caesars. 5 dollar pizza came thru everytime when short on cash but need to feed 3+kids.just awesome
