Little Caesars Pizza

I usually order from here in advance and pick it up but this last time I ordered for delivery bad decision I made sure to notate my specific location because I live in a mobile park and they still delivered to the wrong house when I received a message saying your pizza was delivered I processed to call them and they said we are refunding your $ back to you and u should receive it in 7 days like really are u serious can't u just send my pizza again that was your mess up not mine they said I could go back online and order again what an inconvenience and I'm still waiting on my refund

Love pretzel pizza! Been to 4 different locations all suck! 1st time here and hoping it will be better than the others! Otherwise I'm giving on Little Caesars! The worst location was Riverside Ave in Rialto! So bad we came back next day for a new pizza and employee sucked more than the pizza! Do better Caesars!

Go to the one on Cherry! Asked for a pretzel crust pizza with no salt. - They told me that wasn't possible because there was no option on the computer. Told me they HAD to sprinkle the salt lol smh. Called Cherry location. Took my order no problem!

The Manager Gaby Zamora is very disrespectful and mean to her employees. I witnessed her put down her employees. I would never want a manager who treats their employees like that. 1 star

When I walked in I wanted to barf. There was a full tatted Male prison convict dressed for Halloween wearing a 5 foot blonde Barbie doll braided wig with a 5 o’clock shadow. He looked super disgusting and was unprofessional and rude. And the pizza was disgustingly burnt. The pizza looked better than that weirdo. He’s gonna scare poor children.

We always order by phone or online. When it's really busy, sometimes you get there before your stuff is in the pick-up cabinet, but they are pretty good about checking on you and giving you updates.

We loved the food we got HOWEVER a manager named GABY was on shift and she does not know how to speak to the employee! She was rude, impatient and zero professionalism! I feel bad for the other employees, so bad that I may just voice a complaint to their HR & or labor rights! Every employee who works has rights! She should be corrected as this brings down the value of the corporation/ franchise she represents! Who is her BOSS (they need to see this).

The manager Gaby Zamora is a horrible human being and does not deserve the title of managing others when she can’t manage to treat people, especially her employees with respect! She is rude and uncalled for towards the employees and customers!

We (self, wife & kids) loved our food, HOWEVER a shift manager *Gaby* who (I've seen numerous times) since our family goes often was on shift & speaking to an employee terrible very unpleasant to see and unprofessional! If that was my family member I would have corrected her on the spot, being a manager does NOT GIVE you the right to scold or belittle or single out your own team members. I may report it, I know employees have rights & a board to protect every person! Her misconduct makes me not want to go there any longer! She DOESN'T protray or is "manager material! " Its a shame a REAL SHAME

A very average Little Caesars experience. Got in and got the cheap yet tasteful pizza. Would recommend for if you're on the go.

Cash register had bad customer service, and had us wait 23 minutes exactly for a regular pizza with extra pepperoni.

Slow working and they don't answer phone calls was placed on hold for 30 minutes got to the location and they told me it will be a 20 min wait for 2 pizzas worst place ever

Bad. Really bad. Understaffed I think. I waited a hour for 2 pizzas and one was made horrible and undercooked. My company got sick from it. Never again

The times I have ordered pizzas they took 1-2 hours for them to be ready for pickup, called them and 10 minutes passed with no answer.

Omg I don't know what the **** was going on here but legit people were n waiting for an hour to get there pizza and the dude working the register was unqualified to even have a job

Bad service worst place in fontana pizza always cold uncooked and always dirty very nasty. Employee preparing the pizza is the same employee using the dirty register and doesn't wash his hands in between

It suppose to be hot n ready but nothing is ever ready. Even when you preorder! You order online and go there when its supposedly ready, but once you go there to pick it up, that’s when they start making your food. And that will also take 30-40 minutes. People order for pickup for a reason. Example people on lunch that only have 30minutes to pick up, eat and get back to work!

It's understandable that these places had busy hours but getting burned pizza is not acceptable and it had happened to me several occasions.

They take for ever, even when you pre order online. Had to wait 30 minutes even though I got a notification that my food was ready.
