Little Caesars Pizza

Called store per the notification after 2 attempts to order online for delivery, only to be told to keep trying! Screw that!

Went to LITTLE CEASARS Saturday night at 9: 36 PM, mission gorge road, santee.
Walked in and we’re told that they were CLOSED.
Told employee that they were open till 10: 00 PM and again we were told that they were CLOSED!
4 other vehicles had pulled up to the store and they were told the same thing.
Several employees were just sitting watching this happening…………

This is a great pizza with good ingredients at a really low price! Fast service, clean room. And I love their heated ordering system!

Second time coming in this week. Definitely could use some improvements. I ordered over phone both times to see if I would get any different results. First visit, Italian Cheese Bread and one cheese and one pepperoni basic pizza. All appeared and tasted cooked to order. No issues.
Today 08-03-2021. Ordered Stuffed Crust Pepperoni, hot and ready when I came in within 15 minutes. There was a line when I arrived so I had to wait outside until people cleared out. Received food and was out the door. Staff could use some encouraging words on friendliness, super quite did not greet upon assisting. Door coming and going to business slams shut so watch out. Will return in a week or so and see if any improvements can be mentioned.

I thought this place closed at 9p so I showed up 15 minutes before and they locked up and wouldn’t answer their phone and it’s now 8: 54

Picked up 2 pizza's after work Saturday night for friends- well undercooked, pepperoni to spicy, pizza not cut and tasted like 2 days old! Friends recommended get costco next time

Stuffed crust Double Pepperoni? Delicious. There was a little wait, customer service was good. All smiles.

The pizza is alright, but i do enjoy the crazy bread and it is a cheap way to feed your grandkids and keep them happy lol! Not to mention the young man working at the counter is quite the looker.

Went there today to grab a pizza i waited 20 minutes to get one pepperoni pizza people just walking in grab pizza. Had my car running with kids 20 minutes for one pizza. The pizza look like old and half was empty and dry for waiting 20 minutes not worth it.

The cashier said it would be 9-14 minutes. I waited over 30 minutes. One of my pepperoni pizzas was missing pepperoni. No biggie. It was really busy on a Sunday at 6pm. They’re kids, at least they had good manners and were nice.

While extremely busy, this place has impressed me over the years. Just recently, I ordered online and went to go pick up my order in-store. While I was waiting in line, Pziphora, who was working the front register, was expertly handling extremely rude customers, one after another. She kept her professionalism and cool, all while assisting the other workers in the back and managing orders. When my order was ready, she even came outside where I was waiting and hand-delicered my order to me. I felt this level of customer care deserved to be acknowledged! The food was also great too, as always, and the BBQ wings are especially delicious!

I have no idea what they did, but, it was the worst pizza ever, and so bitter we couldn't even choke it down.

Inconsistent, always a long wait, never hot, never ready and they messed up my order twice today, once when I called in and then again when I came to pick up and had to reorder.

Absolute WORST service of any fast food restaurant i’ve ever been too. While waiting, a gentleman came in complaining about hair in his food, and as he walked out a boy in the kitchen says “there are way too many “karen’s” that come in here”. OUT LOUD.which is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I Waited 25 minutes for a pepperoni pizza, and eventually asked if it was going to be ready soon. The lady told me it was coming out now, so i waited about 5 more minutes, then she came back and said “it’s going to be about 10 more minutes, it’s being put in now”. At this point i was getting very impatient as i have a child at home waiting for dinner that should’ve been home 20 minutes ago. I spoke with the manager who was very kind and gave me a refund, but as for the rest of the staff.sad excuse for professional employees. I recommend going to literally any other location.

Great pizza for a good price, always have pizza hot & ready no waiting. Absolutely love the cheese stuffed crust!

First time I've bought Little Caesars in years. What a mistake. They messed up the whole order. Won't be back.

Ordered a regular pepperoni pizza. Got talked into buying an "extra most bestest" instead, and payed extras. Came home and found a cold old and dry, regular pepperoni pizza. Go to another Little Ceasars, or make sure what's in the box before leaving.

Please check the pizza all the time. I bought a pizza and at home it looks not a fresh and we eat and all have a stomach pain. Its was not a fresh.
