Little Caesars Pizza

Order online was supposed to get my pizza at 7: 32 it's almost 9pm and it's closing time and still waiting for 3 pizzas and wing horrible horrible service

Horrible location horrible service horrible customer service horrible at understanding basic English and using a pen properly to write the correct orders and no common decency to even offer to remake your order without making you wait 30-45 mins. It’s simple it’s little Caesars not brain surgery. Absolutely never coming here again reaching out for a refund

Sometimes food is ready when they say it will be. Sometimes its not. You never know which it will be.

Picked up pizza here, always ready on time, and their pizza is improved from the last time I was here

Good pizza. Clean setting. Burned 1 of two pizza's. Had to remake. Did offer wings after the fact. Would return, but will call in. It took awhile.

What happened to having pizza ready to go. Very slow service and I see no urgency in getting food done here.

"lost our pizzas" in the locker box, then said it'll be 10 minutes and after 30 minutes they still didn't have it. We only bought 2 pizzas

We always ordered the crazy bread with sauce and pepperoni pizza. But during summer days, the inside of the store get's really hot as if you are in the oven.

I placed an order for 7 pm and didn’t receive it till 7: 20 when I came in no one came to the counter or helped me for at least 10 mins this is terrible.

No complaints. It was just what you expect a Little Cesar's to be like. The staff was friendly and courteous.

Called and some kid picked up the phone and just set it on the counter without asking me to put me on hold. I sat there for 2 minutes saying hello…. Hello. Finally hung up the phone and who’s ever is working there decided not to hang the phone back up, so now it just been a busy signal for the past 45 minutes and still on going. Worst service Ive had without even being able to get a hold of someone. Kids these days. If I could do 0 stars I would put -1

Hot and Ready Pizza? Ha! Biggest lie I've ever heard. Not only is it pricier than other little caesars, but everytime I go there and order a classic pizza the wait is TWENTY MINUTES. The quality is amazing thus my extra star but the service is dreadful. Friend of mine have had much worse experiences.

NEETA “a manager” has the worst customer service! The worst attitude. I do not know how she is a manager at this location. We order from here all the time, but we will no longer order from this location.

His service here is AWFUL! They messed up our pizza order, & when we called to complain we were told to come in so they could replace our order. We drive back here on 1 of the Hottest days here in Murrieta & the manager started telling us in a Angry voice "Where's the other Pizza? " I told him I wasn't told to bring it in, I figured like every other place, We can't bring food back cus of Covid" Then he hD us wait almost 30 mins for a new pizza. The Manager there "Paul" is extremely rude & doesn't care about his customers. Buyer Beware! If u want a good pizza & good customer service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE U WANNA GO! I also notified the Health department

There is always a wait for everything. People who work there are rude! TERRIBLE SERVICE. THE NEW MANAGER WITH THE TOWEL WRAP IS RUDE!

This place has horrible customer service. On several occasions I have witnessed them ignore phone calls when they were fully capable of taking it. Place is empty and they are just ignoring it. I have also called them myself outside of the place to see if they would pick up and they wouldn’t. Whomever is the manager at this place is doing a very poor job at managing the employees.
