Little Caesars Pizza

This was supposed to be a combination. Didn't think to check the pizza before taking it home. I was asked repeatedly by staff if they could help me with something when I was clearly waiting for this joke of a pizza. We were the only ones in the store?

Had me wait over half an hour when I’ve put in online order then once i showed up i had to wait another half an hour and got my order and didn’t get what i had ordered! Horrible service!

This location is getting worse and worse! And every time we said that’s the last time we will go to them, we end up there because this location is right behind my house, I hope the manger or the owner concern my review about his place because no one wants to spend his money on pizza like that!

Can someone explain to me why a pepperoni pizza cost 5.99 but a 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 cheese cost 7.49? I'm literally paying for less pepperoni.
Im not sure how these prices are made up but I imagine it would cost the same as a pepperoni.
Also they had me wait 45 minutes for 2 pizzas.
This whole staff is moving in first gear.

A Mexican-Asian with a come over was watching Family Fued behind the counter with headphones and ignored me while I tried to order, when his White coworker with curly hair comes up with his pants down to his knees to take my order, only to say I gotta wait an hour for a single bag of breadsticks! After I turned to go out the door I saw this big Mexican fella twerkin by the drink selection!

Absolutely the worst customer service. I did an online order, when I arrived there was o e person on the store and visibly 3 employees.

I waited 10 minutes prior to going up to the counter and asking for assistance up front.
The person who came up front had a bad attitude from the start, told him what my name was, he went to grab the pizzas and forgot two of them, dropped them on the counter and walked away. A lady behind me said loudly (some customer service) she held the door and I left. I realized upon getting home I was missing
2 pizzas, that is my fault, but I was shocked at the way the employee acted. Tried to call. No answer. I drove back. Waited again a few minutes prior to calling over the counter. Same guy came around. I asked to speak with the manager. He stated he was a manager. I told him he needed additional training because his customer service skills lacked tremendously, and told him I’d be calling into corporate.

Very surprising this location is still open, they are really bad at everything.

They never answer the phone, Also when I do go in No smiles no greetings looks like they’re all trying to hide behind counter just overall bad worth ethic

Really poor service, employees are way too slow
Ordered only just to go and pick up.supposedly it was going to be ready at certain hour, waited over 15 more minutes for it!

Waited in line for a while, ordered, then when we were about to pay the cashier told us it was cash only. Would have been nice to see a sign posted somewhere and not go through the whole process of wasting our time to find that out.

Called from the time they opened.no one answers the phone.finally drove there to order pizza.will not happen again. I'll go to ME & EDS next time.puzza is better anyway.

For a business that depends on service they suck. There were 7 people working. I tried to call ahead and no answer. I go in and call them while I'm standing in line. Still no answer. When I ordered I said to the guy you need to answer the phone. He said they were too busy. I hope whoever owns this Little Caesar's reads this. When there are 7 people working someone should be able to answer the phone. Bad service is bad for business.

When they first opened the service was okay now they never pick up their phone lines everything is a mess the cashiers have bad attitude overall service is a failure

Usually don’t do this but here goes. Needed something fast for dinner, ordered online. It was ready when I got there, happy girl. Then I got home… one pizza was BURNT! The other was soggy but edible. I threw the black edge of the pizza away before I put it on the table, before I even thought to write a review. But believe me when I say burrrrrnttttttt! Wow. Now I know why I see some people open up the pizza box before they leave the store. I guess I have to check before I leave from now on. Unacceptable!

Horrible we called ahead of time for a deep dish pizza and crazy bread. It was such a mess! It was not even cooked, like they just melted the cheese. Rude when answering the phone never again. I normally order from the one by my business but this one disappointed me! I have to literally cook my pizza just to eat it!

Yummy I love the pizza it was a great place would recommend great quality great customer service and food ready to buy I have no problems with this place at all and I hope you see the same as me thank you for reading I love this place was amazing

I watched everyone after me leave with there pizza orders watched them get made ordered cheese regular pepperoni and bread no big deal ten minutes turned into thirty. Worst experience ove had at a little ceasars.
