Little Caesars Pizza

Stood there for almost 10 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgement though he was right there. Played music in the store filled with cuss words. Not very customer friendly. Not going back to this one for sure. Ended up not ordering and going home.

I love little Ceasar’s but this location is a disgrace only 3 soda options not even the ones advertised, dirty parking lot, and the food was a disgrace. The pizza was clearly old and just held the crazy bread was disgusting and obviously old and stiff. Worst location ever the manager in charge was a mess! 12/23/2022 date of visit worst experience ever

Paid extra and ordered a upgraded pizza. What I got was a horribly made sub standard one. Stores phone is on permanent busy signal. What a joke! I'd say you get what you pay for but even that didn't happen?

They just kept standing around and they didn't even make the pizza until we went up to them and I paid already

Should have listened to all the bad reviews. I got a cold and old pizza not a hot n ready. Tried to call and nobody answered. Go out of business and stop wasting peoples time and money.

It’s 50/50 whether the pizza is ready for an online order and when it is it’s rarely in the portal so you still have to wait in the ridiculously long lines. They never seem to have the red or special sauce ready and always have to prepare it. Besides that the food is good, prices are low and although the counter girl always seems overwhelmed she’s very nice.

You need pizza? You need a tasty meal for a whole family? And a
massively good price to boot? This is literally the best place for it.

I have called this place about 10 times to try and place an order to avoid the wait and I had to literally drive to the location and physically order I saw nobody was in the store and as I called nobody still answered they are lazy and service sucks

Have to be honest pretty disappointed, Went in for Hot n Ready one pizza available so they made fresh for me, I ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni, The cheese pizza was missing all the cheese in the right middle big bare spot, The pepperoni had absolutely little to zero sauce, I get it only $17 and change but won’t go back

Avoid this location. Ordered a delivery order tonight. No soda or sauce delivered. Called to ask for refund, they hung up and then didn't answer. Terrible customer service, scammers.

Not the first time I had to slice my own pizza and this was a thin crust! Come on buddy! LC is my daughter's fave. We enjoy it in general. Sometimes they are too saucy, unless you like your pizza saucy.

Delivery was fast that they missed 3 items out 6 items from my order. I called the DoorDash delivery driver and verified that those were the only items he received. Store gave him incomplete order. Pick up your food if you are able to. Or call dominoes for delivery. Never cheap out on good and quality services. I learned my lesson. They charged $12 for delivery with inconsistent service. Night shift on Apr 2,2022.

Months ago I tried to order the classic pepperoni meal deal online. I got as far as the final screen when I tried to submit my order it told me that I couldn't order online and would have to call the store. I did so and went in to pay for and collect my order. He charged me more than the $10 plus tax the online store indicated. When I pointed this out he explained "the price online doesn't reflect the price at the store" If that's the case they shouldn't have a sign on the window that says "Order Online! " I do not appreciate bait and switch tactics so I left without my order. Tried contacting customer service. They have continued to ignore me and I have continued to not eat pizza from Little Caesars.

Was disappointed with the extramostbestest pepperoni stuffed crust. I think they forgot a layer of cheese because it was not cheesy at all.

Thin crust pepperoni and breadsticks were absolutely perfect.

This spot is usually excellent, it could've been that they were busy (wed ~630p) as all the other times ive gone it's empty.

Price was $1.00 higher than other locations and want to charge another $1.00 just for some parmesan sprinkled on top.other than that

THE worst little ceasars EVER. Ive been to little ceasars all over and this one is THE WORST. The customer service thinks you are indebted to them for them answering the phone. Lucy is the worst, she does not listen at all just repeats herself like a mindless computer and hangs up on customers if she cant help them. Go to any other location then this disgrace of a location.

Edit: AFTER my aweful hour long ordering experience it only got worse. Part of my order did not show up, and being that their app did not work, they have no website order, refuse to take a delivery order over the phone I was forced to order postmates so I could not even convey the mistake. So I tried to call and discuss the mistake ans the person set the ohone down on the counter and did not speak to me at all. This location is QUITE LITTERALLY the worst little ceasars ive EVER been too. And thier GM apparently wont be in for "at least 2 weeks". If I was the owner, id be very concerned about the way this place is being handled.

They forgot two of my main items i called the store 2x and first time they let it ring out. The second time they picked up and hung right up. I called the customer service number and i got hung up on as soon as i gave my name. Delivery fees are about $10 and i didnt get my entire order. This is bad customer service.
