Little Caesars Pizza

I gave this location 2 stars because the pizza wasn't that great and the customer service was rude. The employee had a very sour look om her face and when I ordered my pizza she gave me a very quick response and pulled my pizza out of the pizza warmer and pretty much dropping it on the counter and pushed it at me and then turned and walked away. I've witnessed this particular employee interview several different ppl and I'm thinking she might be the owner but is not very nice. I wouldn't recommend working at this location at all. If it wasn't for the other employees that have helped me I'm the past who happen to be very nice I wouldn't go to this location.

The staff there is great. Pizza was amazing.

Let me just start by saying that the food was good. That being said, the service was awful. I ordered the thin crust pepperoni that's $7.49 and I asked how much it would be for extra cheese, the kid said it would be a dollar extra. When I paid, it was a different story. Instead of 8.49, it rang up as 11.49. Then he was not happy about having to issue a refund, mind you he hadn't been even a little bit friendly the entire time. Anyways, I got refunded to my card and had to place a whole new order, without extra cheese. Then to top it all off he didn't even get my name right. I'll be going to another location next time.

I ordered the classic $5.99 pepperoni pizza this afternoon and it was the best pizza I’ve ever eaten from this location. Thank you! They were quite busy also and their quality was not compromised.

Don't even bother ordering online. I've been waiting for 25 min now after the time it says it was ready in the "pizza portal. " At this moment I'm writing this inside the store there is 5 people here and they don't even have regular hot pizzas ready to pick up. It is not even busy. I even ordered a Sierra mist and what do you know, they don't have any whatsoever. No one has talked to me and see if I needed anything while I wait. Don't bother with this place.

Thin crust is horrible. Over cooked & cut awful. Avoid it all cost get your basic pizza

Completely different now that it's corporate owned. I feel comfortable ordering from this location again. Very friendly staff. Beautiful pizzas!

I walked in cashier didnt seen ti w want to acknowledge me as she was sorting out some sauces. I had to wait until she finished putting them in order. Very very SLOW service. Then pizza was way over baked and hard. I And sometimes they are closed with a hand written note that says sorry we are closed. NO EXPLANATION OR WHEN THEY WILL OPEN AGAIN. VERY STRANGE PLACE.

I ordered 2 pizzas and had to wait Which I'm used to because I order them with light sauce which one came of light sauce and the other didn't and it was horrible and it was cold on top of that the young lady was cleaning the counter they cut the pizzas on with chemicals barehanded and then the pizza came out as she is cutting it and touching the Box now working in that industry and other industries that you have to be clean her hand should have been washed before she touched anything else and I think they need to wear gloves especially during covid. I will never go back to this location again! On top that Domino's in Chula Vista is a 100 times better and cheaper

Hot & Ready pizzas are few and far between. Expect long wait times & awful customer service yo

Wow so the owner of this location got caught for fraud and his 17 other locations got shut down lmaooo.

Worse customer service EVEEEER! The employees have an attitude and are really rude to their customers. I order a pepperoni pizza, half jalapeño, half bacon. And they made a different one. Half cheese w. Bacon and the other half pepperoni w. Jalapeño. I complained and they were SO RUDE TO ME. Saying that i wanted a pizza for free. I was like I dont want anything for free, I just want what I ordered. They did not understand that. I never said I wanted a pizza half cheese w. Bacon, & the other half pepperoni w. Jalapeño. I do not recommend this place. The employees are rude, and the place itself looks dirty. Plus they don't have any dressings, or even drinks. DO NOT EAT HERE. Very dissapointed.
