11Little Caesar's on Milpas has always exceeded in a fast and good service. But recently maybe due to a change of management they have been slowing down. I recently went in for 3 pizzas and had to wait 1hour for them.
The address on here take you to a grocery store waste of time. Should get a free pizza for my time.
Ordered from them at 8: 10, didn't get ready until 9: 30, then didn't contact us until 10pm after they closed to tell us our order had been canceled by them! We were furious and had to spend 20 minutes on the phone with customer service to get our $40 back. It shouldn't take almost 2 hours just to make an order, massive waste of time. Just order Dominoes.
To order at this little Caesars you have to be patient they take time but that’s because they are in the need of employees I come here with my daughter all the time because she loves pizza and I’m always happy to see a male assistant manager that always works there and makes me laugh he is really fast I’ve seen him work multiple stations at once when there is few employees what ever his name my respect but please respect them because I’ve seen a lot of customers go off on them especially for little things.
Went in around 10: 10 to place an order but the cashier said he cant take any orders? And they close at 10: 30pm.

Pizza is at least consistent. Not great. Not bad! Hovering right around the so-so area. Perfect for a 16year old boy that will literally eat anything!
Service is also, OK. Could use some help there.
Will we eat here again? Um, yeah! Its cheap and it fills the hole.need I say more? ! Bon appetite, or whatever!
Since they upgraded this store is really bad customer service, staff really rude try calling order in they never picked up phone. I got to store asked them why they don't answer, they said it's not a priority. They only have 2 employees working too bad for a busy store.
Good pizza but no one ever answers the phone, they have little kids “working” there but don’t answer the phone i’ve called so many times and no answer
I bought a dippdish pizza and when a give the bite it was a hair in between the pizza and the cheese.
