Little Caesars Pizza

Okay so I walk in at 8: 58pm and wait patiently behind someone who is waiting for their partner to bring in more money. I approach the counter and it is now 9: 02pm (9: 30pm closing time) and I say "I would like to order a stuffed crust pizza" to which she replies "ooh that will take about 10 minutes. Is that okay? " "Yes that is fine". She looks down and then back at me. "I'm sorry it's after 9pm we can't do custom orders. " Really? ! You just said it would take 10 minutes to make it.sorry kick rocks lady.idk if that is policy at all locations but it seems ridiculous. I could already be omw with my pizza instead I am.here

The kids do there best. Dont hate. Encourage them to do better if your order was wrong. N a negative + a negative dont make a positive. My order was on time freah ingredients and positive and friendly staff. Ty.

Gave a wrong pizza tried to call and correct it.no answer and phone not setup for voicemail. No cheese w/cheese crust pizza, gave me a classic pepperoni instead

This is a good place to go when you are just too tired to cook! It's fast and comparatively cheap which these days is a big plus for me!

I have been to both ceres locations they are both very dirty, and they have really young lazy people working. 1 person will be working and the rest messing around. They also gave me the wrong pizza because they sold mine. Ridiculous!

Very disturbing to see workers work without gloves! I mentioned it to one of the works she said " well it's not mandatory " please tell me how It's not mandatory when your touching costumers food, food that goes into mouths. Very poor costumer service

Such a horrible way to start my evening in with my family. All of my pizzas were literally not cut. I just received a sliceless pie. On top of that, the employees failed to ensure that nothing was wrong with my pizza. All the cheese and pepperoni slipped off and now I have a just bread with marinara. No wonder why this store is so lowly rated. Get rid of these amateur employees and actually train them instead of leaving them to handle our food. This place deserves to be closed down. If I can rate this 0 stars I would rate them -5.

This place sells pizza like any other little Ceasars, but do not order deep dish pizzas from here. All they're going to give you is two personal size lunch pizzas side to side and swear to you that that's the way they make deep dish pizzas. Horrible service and dishonest franchise. Enter at your own risk.

If I could give a 0 I would my breadstick were literally raw I didn’t have time to check because I went on my lunch once I got back to work I realized it you can literally see the dough in it one of my coworkers ate one that didn’t look like it had dough and just looked like it didn’t rise and she got distress the actual pizza wasn’t good! I called the store and asked to speak with manager he sounded very unprofessional didn’t even say we will be more careful on. It giving out raw food I asked for a refund he said I would have to take them back however I went on my lunch so didn’t have time to take it back! But it’s just common sense how do you not check something before selling it especially food! I understand sometimes they come out better than other times but for it to be completely raw! Is unacceptable.

This was my frist time going to this location and the service is horrible the breadsticks are raw and the pizza was hard I found some plastic in my pizza

I pre-ordered my pizza with the app and never got a code so when I got there after waiting for 15 min. For them to find my pizza and there was only one other person there

If I can put zero stars I would I walk in there and there was literally 7 customer in there hello put a sign on door only allowing 2-3 customer at a time there was no social distancing in there by the time I got to register more customers came in also they had a bunch of employees there n they could have help out on the 2nd register to get customer in and out quickly I don't recommend any one go in there I also have a few picture i took that there only see 5 customer in there bt there were more on the side

Always busy and I feel like it's the best little Cesar I been too with customer service

I went to little Caesars on crows landing road and I order some crazy bread. I was told it would take 10 mins so went to my car to wait. When I return to get my bread sticks I was waiting behind a lady getting a pizza. As I was standing there I watched a gentleman in the back making several pizzas with his bare hands. No gloves or nothing on. When I told the cashier he did know what I was saying then he just smile and I left. The next morning I was in the bathroom multiple times. I pray its not from this place cooking food without gloves.
