Little Caesars Pizza

A solid Little Caesars.

Their customer service is definitely increased a lot lately. The person I spoke to on the phone a few minutes ago was probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. The order was clearly repeated back to me, she understood everything I said the first time. It was great. And she was very nice.

Their food is pretty normal for a Little Caesars. Not saying it's bad but they're kind of like McDonald's where everything tastes the same and everyone of their locations taste the same. But it's still decent food for the price.

I ordered the pizza n slice. They burnt most of the pizza and they made me wait for it. I order garlic parm wings and they ran out of the sauce. I will never go back

They didn't have any hot and ready pizza's ready. I ordered my pizza's he said 20 minutes went back in 20 minutes the 2 making pizza's never put my pizza in to bake. They were really slow

I'm giving them a three-star rating because I am a fair person. We went inside grabbed a couple of hot and ready pies, Got halfway home and went in for a slice and saw that both pizzas had been sitting out for a while. I went back and the young lady at the register was pleasant she apologized and made them hot and fresh. Next time I will look inside the boxes before leaving. I actually like Little Caesars and have been eating it for years but I like it hot and ready every time. Five stars for customer service three stars for the experience and the price of gas going back.

The Pizza there cause diareah in my family really bad all are stomachs hurt like seems like food poisoning most likely the employees are not practicing sanitizing there hands.

Cheaper than the other Caesars and thats probably the only big reason I gave it 4 stars. Other than that I do feel like the quality is a bit less compared to the other locations.

Little Caesars Pizza is the best, this store though it was pretty busy still got the job done on time and the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Not going to lie service was pretty slow. But to be fair there was a lot of people coming in a lot of orders. Was unable to call in the order in advance but again a lot of customers so not easily accessible to the phone. However the staff that was there was super friendly and helpful and apologetic for the delays so I'm not a big deal understandable in the circumstances by all means. Next time I will use their app to order in advance just because it's easier for them.

If 0 stars were an option, that's what I would rate this specific location. Good luck ever getting them on the phone. Ghetto; overall terrible service. One customer in the place and the employees answer was, "we don't answer the phone when it's busy. " Busy? The pizza is always burnt- probably why they don't ever answer the phone. Horrible choice for pizza -go literally anywhere else! You've been warned

I stopped going to the one on first and Gettysburg because for the past 3 months the ringer volume to their phone is turned off. I even called while being in the store to test it out and there was no phone ringing in the store but it was on my phone. Very disappointed and even when I mentioned to the employees they said “it’s been broken”

Not that great never answer phones always running out of dough for deep dishes like wondering how the eff does that even happen just very bad customer service overall and I'm just giving it a 2 stars because I felt like being somewhat nice

I walked into Little Ceaders at 8: 00 they lose at 9: order chicken wings he says no more chicken wings for the night i asked how come he says we just don't now r they just lazy or do they stop making them an HR before closing?

Every time I go to this place I go around the same time when I get off of work. The pizza is either burnt/dark or way toooooo salty. These young adults they have making the pizza behind the counter have no idea how to make a pizza properly or they just don’t care! Unless you complain about your order and have them remake it properly don’t expect much from this place. Go to another little Caesars where they can make the pizza right and they care about their work.

Their $5 lunches are awesome! And Matt was super helpful and patient with a mix up on our end with who from our party was picking up the pizza. Very kind and considerate. Thanks Matt!

They did not have the flavor we ordered via mobile. I asked how do I get a refund for the item they didn't have. They said that since it was an online order it has to be done online but they weren't able to tell me how to do it. So we were either stuck with getting a flavor we didn't want (what we ended up doing) or refunding the whole order. Little Caesars, please train your employees how to the company app. Maybe make a future that the employees can inform the customer they aren't able to complete the order dude to it being out of stock.

Came in, was helped by Ben D, and he was super sweet and very patient with us. He explained why they vharge the custom price when you ask for no cheese or no sauce, and then proceeded to go back and personally make our pizza himself so there would be no sauce. Thank you.
