Little Caesars Pizza

Slow, hardly ever have hot and ready, ready it was a 45 minute wait for a hot and ready. Hell no. I went home and Top Roman. It tastes better anyways

Tried to call in a phone order, phone kept ringing. I hung up and called again, same thing. I called 2 more times and no one ever answered the phone. I had my husband go in and order in person. He texted me saying the store was empty and the employees were all just ignoring the phone. They weren’t busy they simply didn’t care to do their job. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with their service. Every time I go to this location everyone looks sloppy and are dragging their feet. Management needs to step their game up and discipline these people.

Came here to have a nice pizza today and the only thing I don’t like is that the person on register grab a money touches the screen and coins and cash and didnt even wash hands and not wearing gloves and went directly to touch the food with no gloves on and started preparing my food with no washing hands and I feel in this situation that we are in # (pandemic) handling money and touch food service it’s a big deal Cross contamination. So I put this out in public just because everyone needs to see how employees serve your foods.

Fast, hot, ready most times. I’ve been a couple times where they were swamped and I had to wait for fresh pizza (how awful lol), or the lobby was less than spotless (meh). Overall still a good stop!

I know it's known for inexpensive pizzas, but, I love how fresh the pizza's taste. I use the ordering system and pick up what I order when I am notified through email.

PRICES ARE HIGHER HERE THAN EVERY OTHER LITTLE CAESARS. Place has bad inconsistent pizzas, never going back.

Went here to order pizza the have a sign no mask no service. Walk in there is a worker making the dough with NO MASK! But you have a sign that states you won't serve a customer with a mask but you will allow your employees to make the dough and pizzas you are serving to your customers and community with NO MASK. This place is a joke and a violation of requirements to being open to serve customers. I would of gave 0 stars but you can't leave 0 star rating. Manger needs to address employees not wearing mask. This location had 3 without a mask and 1 wearing a mask. JOKE

Management here is bad, employees in the parking lot talking while on the clock while I wait for my order that’s already been ready but they failed to come get me outside waiting where they told me to wait. Thanks for wasting my time.

I hate this place worst costumer service shouting make jokes slacking off and being on there phones and talking about there personal problems and I got there first but they made someone else’s pizza first and then when I asked for mine pizza they said oh sorry just 15 more min I was like u said that 30 min ago so I asked for my money and they said once I pay they can’t give me my money so then The Who time the workers kept giving me awful faces

NEW OWNERSHIP CHARGES 16.99 for a 9.99 pizza supreme be carful people. The excuse it’s because now charge every ingredient separately. 1.75 total. 14 dlls on ingredients

Very bad! I called about 10 times to place my order and they never answered. I am a disabled person and I had to go in person to place my order. I dialed the number again when I was at the store and it didn't ring. I was told that the phone has been down for several days. One gentleman, maybe the supervisor came to the front and in a impolite way said "now you are here and you can place the order" with out appologising. I order here at least twice a month and this is the second time I have problems but last time the staff went out of the way to make the customer, me, happy, not this time. How much money the owner is loosing for missing calls, if I were the owner I would be very upset.

I placed my order by phone, 1 Hula Hawaiian, 1 deep dish pepperoni, cheese sticks and crazy sauce. As busy as they were they got my order quickly. The gentleman behind the counter was awesome. The team kept it together. Outstanding! I received a pepperoni instead of a Hula Hawaiian and called the store, promptly addressed the mistake and offered a complimentary Hula Hawaiian on my next visit this Monday 2/17/20. Will definitely continue to be a patron of this establishment. Great customer service and great job.

I walked into my local Little Caesar’s to buy myself a pizza on Christmas Eve right before they were closing. There was a couple in the lobby displaying some PDA while they waited for their order, and this particular Thot said she would put in a complaint because her order took to long. This woman’s remark is what prompted me to right my own review of my own experience. Despite the long wait, My food was hot, delicious, and delivered to me in a professional manner. At the time there were 3 employees working until the pizza maker unexpectedly walked out. At the same time 6 more orders had been put in. Since one of the employees was a new hire this left the district manager Noreona C.to take all the orders, while she made the pizzas, and while she trained her new coworker. It’s clear Noreona is a hard working individual able to carry the squad, and she does it with a positive attitude. Someone give her a raise. Good pizza, would eat again.
